“I went there for a PA State Inspection. On my initial call, I explained that I have a new car I purchased in NJ and needed an appointment within a week to avoid the temporary tag expiration date. I was told that if I bring it in first thing the next morning, they'd fit me in. I arrived at 8 am and was told it would take 45 minutes, I took a walk, came back and it was done in 40 minutes. The guys were friendly and professional. I'll go there for my next inspection without hesitation.”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”
“As a person who uses hand controls I can only drive my car. I went to Ben's shop on Friday, his kind and courteous staff did a quick fix so I wasn't without my car over the weekend (in case of emergency) and told me to come back Monday morning. He said it would take a hour. The service was super quick and easy. I was out of the there in 35 minutes and my car looks great. “Dan tinted my Lexus windows about 4 years ago and they have remained in mint condition since then. They have not bubbled or faded at all and this is on my daily driver. “I looked all over the DMV for a company that routinely installed alarms on sprinter vans. Could not find anyone there, look further out and found Pat. Well worth the drive. Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”

“A+ Service! Twins Auto Body saved my car! My Lincoln Town Car was hit and the front end car's frame was entirely bent. When my insurance provider tried to write off my beloved Lincoln Town Car as a total loss, and say "No", Twins, twins said "Yes". Most people would advise sending the car to the junk yard. “These guys are the real deal! I wanted a mirror for a home dance studio and this was by far the most affordable option and they had great reviews so I felt confident with the choice. They had trouble getting the mirror into such old foundation in our garage, but kept trying for a long time despite me saying it was OK to just leave the mirror leaning on the wall if they needed to. They ended up getting it up successfully and it looks amazing! No-frills scheduling and payment (cash only). Highly recommend and would hire again!”

“My first time going here b/c they're so close to where I live and they had pretty good google reviews so I took a chance. I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others. I had to get all 4 of my break pads & rotors replaced + the front strut assembly's, the front sway bar links and a wheel alignment, so the cost definitely wasn't cheap. However, they know what they're doing, were very professional and quick. Good customer service too. I would certainly go back there again.”

“When my usual auto repair/maintenance place closed (the owners retired), I looked for another place nearby (south of South Street). We found a place that got good reviews online. So I decided to try it. I needed normal maintenance, not repair(s)--oil change, annual inspection/emissions check, replacing the transmission fluid, possible new battery, etc. I made an appointment and brought in my car and gave them the list of things I needed done. Twice that day, they called me to ask questions and provide advice. I greatly appreciated that and found it significant that they recommended, among other things, that I not have certain work done (e.g. replacing the battery after 3.5 years) that I thought I might need. Although the bill was a bit higher than I was used to, the charges are less important to me than dealing with an honest and competent place. So far, that's what Pinnacle appears to be.Services: Transmission”

“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars.PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”
