“I came in last week in a bit of a panic as my macbook screen suddenly gave out. Cliff said he could fix and get back to me by the next day. I said for work reasons I couldn't really afford to wait a day. Cliff said he still needed to get the parts, etc. but let me see what I could do. Guess what? About three or so hours later he gave me a call that it was ready!! He replaced the display and it's working as good as ever. Huge thank you Cliff, you saved the day! Highly recommend this biz!!”

When I picked up my laptop, it looked brand new. I hadn’t been the best about keeping it covered, and the ports had collected dust and crumbs over time. I had been meaning to clean it myself, but when I received it back, it was clear the team had taken the extra step to clean and care for it thoroughly. That attention to detail truly stood out to me.

I visited the store on Monday, June 29th, and spoke with Ethan. He mentioned I’d need to leave my phone until tomorrow morning, but since I use it for two business purposes, I couldn’t do that. I returned on Wednesday, July 1st, and initially, it was set for 10:00 am on Thursday. However, Den worked tirelessly to get it sorted just in time before closing, which he did. Now, I’m writing on my phone, which got repaired super fast! I can’t express how thankful I am.

Chris had us in and out of the store in no more than 20 minutes, but was ready to answer any questions we had and show us some exciting new Macbook features. A heads up- I would highly recommend calling any Apple store ahead of time to triple check that a product is in stock, especially if it is a newer “hot” item. You can check online as a pick up order but it definitely is better from my experience to call ahead if they are able to check stock over the phone. We saw one second the Macbook was in stock at one store and the next morning, it was sold out. Stock definitely changes rapidly.”
