I ran into Jimmy and as a salesperson myself I can vouch for him being one of the best salespeople and store associates I have met. Like I said I had no intention on buying anything but his product knowledge and also customer service in the sense the he knew every single product in the store and everything about them made me prichard a product. It was an amazing experience. Jimmy is a great employee there.”
“Great Service! Brought my Windows 7 PC in that wouldn't Boot up Last week. Cliff ran some quick tests and said it was either the video card or the Motherboard. It's so old but houses a TV graphic card that works with Cable. Cliff's recommendations worked. I ended up finding the exact Video Card Used on Ebay and I'm up and running again. Thanks, Cliff!!”

“I had the greatest experience and wanted to share because this is a company I never would have thought to use. My dad had shoulder surgery and needed to sleep in a recliner for 4-6 weeks. I called Rent A Center in Spring Valley. THEY WERE AMAZING! The very next day, a big cushy brand new recliner showed up. We soon realized that my dad will need one of the power lift ones so I called them and they are replacing it with one of those ASAP . In fact originally they thought they didn't have a power recliner in stock so they were going to refund me completely and come get it! All in all, it's costing us about $100 to rent the recliner for a month. And if he likes it, we'll buy it. Elizabeth went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you!”

When I set up my phone Donald helped me and was absolutely amazing and helpful! Super patient since my phone was taking quite some time. I was in there for about a total of 3 ish hours and again the service was amazing I was in my pjs ? and still got great service. “I purchased a new iPad Air on Monday. I got it home and discovered multiple issues with it. Called Apple 1800# And they told me to return to the store. I was ready for “battle” as my issues were the result of poor salesmanship. I asked to speak with a manager and I was ready to “pounce”. Then, Erica introduced herself to me, listened to my complaints and she assured me that she would resolve my concerns. I was expecting to have to buy another new iPad. Well, after her diagnosis, she resolved my issues without me having to buy another iPad. Erica demonstrated superior client servicing skills, empathy and support. She clearly exceeded expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.”
