“I think I caught Cathy on a good day! Got in and out of here with no issues. I bought and printed my label ahead of time to avoid spending more time there than I had to so I recommend doing the same. But don't be scared of Cathy, just come prepared!”

“I want highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!! My deepest and most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff!!! -Keith Sarntee Boulder, Colorado”

“Edit: the young Yemeni man at the counter today (6/20) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to learn he’s only 16, he handled a lot of competing customer needs with grace and double checked everything for a high level of accuracy. Five stars for him! Previous: Despite the DHL location finder website and this Google listing showing this location would be open today (6/19), I drove 20 minutes out of my way and arrived to find a locked door. Please do better with communicating your closures.”

“One of the best things about moving to Butler has been having this Staples nearby. The entire team is exceptional and has made my work so much more efficient. There have been times I've driven over an hour just to have my printing done here because I know I can trust them to get it right every single time. A special thank you to Grace and Rebecca, who consistently go above and beyond. They are always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping, no matter how busy the store is. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to find solutions never go unnoticed. I'd also like to recognize the General Manager, who is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Everyone at this location takes pride in what they do, and it truly shows.”

“I wish I got her name but there was a young lady who helped me a couple weeks ago when I missed my signature-required delivery by a few minutes. I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.”

4 South Orange Avenue, South Orange Village NJ 07079
“I visit this location a lot and realized it deserves a review. Outstanding customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

“I needed something notarized and also had three children with me, right before lunchtime, so I was prepared for a challenging experience - especially when I walked in and saw 5 people in line ahead of me. The staff here are incredibly efficient and also so kind- I was utterly amazed at how quickly I was helped. Oftentimes when people are that quick, they are also not as personable or pleasant, but here they were both. I can't believe I had such an amazing experience at a UPS store.”
