“Our little Marshalls here in Newton had an extraordinary selection of furniture, cookware, bathroom and kitchen accoutrements, including some very high quality bedding, bath towels and great customer service.
I've yet to meet a rude customer advocate in this shop. They have all been helpful, they don't try and sell you anything you don't need or want, and their products are very high quality for their low prices.
If I had any feedback for consumers, there is a LOT to look at and as a result you'll have a good time shopping if you like shopping in real life.
It's almost a physical product overload. If you remember a shop called "The Bombay Company" this place is very similar, however the theme is different. More modern than an antique replica vibe.
I like shopping so, for me, I could spend hours in this store.”

“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

Love how organized this Macy's is, and spacious, as well as clean, much better than GS Plaza, also it doesn't get as crowded either so that's a plus: NEW UPDATE: I also think that the parking lot on the outside is a bit dim, there needs to be a set of flood lamps and adequate lighting for the safety and security of the employees and customers alike, plus this particular "Macy's" is the only anchor store in this mall, as a matter of fact, I honestly think "Paramus Park Mall" needs some adjustments and some renovations so GS Plaza doesn't take all the glory, lastly, before this Macy's used to be an A&S store which was short for "Abraham & Straus..."”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”

“I've been coming here for quite a long time. The place is situated in a strip mall, but it is not a very busy area. They have their own parking area. The store is big enough. It is a hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. Sometimes they have all the stuff you want and sometimes they don't. But I've gotten some really cute clothes and items for a very reasonable price. The returns are usually easy, sometimes I am not sure entirely about their return policy. food and I think beauty items you can't return. The workers are mostly friendly. I just had one woman at the cash be slightly weird with me but it's fine. They are very busy on Saturday. Overall it's nice to have this shop since they are very versatile in selections and categories.”
“I had a great experience with one of the cashiers. I bought sunglasses and they did not have a case, I made a remark to my cashier Madeline and she went out of her way, looked for a case in the backroom and was able to get a case from the same brand. Thank you so much, she made my day!”
“Lots of items to browse from at $1.25 and up. Deals and specials from household, toys, toiletries, garments, cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks, dairy, stationary, etc. Although, this particular store was a bit messy, I can blame it on a recent truck delivery of their supplies.”
“A little pricier than I remember JCP being, and they didn't have a awesome amount of different options of some particular outfits/clothes. I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.”
“Love this location. I always find items I love. Staff is super nice. Scott was great in the fitting room and both Irina and Ana were both really helpful. People like them make it a pleasure to shop. I found a cute Karl lagerfeld tee, aqua shorts and cloth & stone dress. My husband also found a few cute shirts. We’ll continue being loyal shoppers. “This Dollar Tree off Route 46 in Clifton, is one of the larger Dollar Trees around. It's more than twice the size of most others in the area. As a result, there is a much larger selection of items inside. I found the decorations and stationary sections to be quite substantial, as with the household goods. There are some good food selections, but a lot of food options that I liked are no longer available. The service and counter people are tremendous as well.”

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible service I received from the staff at Marshalls Wykoff store, particularly Katie, Yessenia, and Nancy. I recently lost my engagement ring on a Saturday as I was leaving the store, I couldn’t find it anywhere. However, Katie not only found my ring but also took the initiative to secure it in the safe until my return on Monday.
When I went back to the store, Yessenia and Nancy went above and beyond to verify my ownership of the ring and ensured its safe return to me. Their professionalism and trustworthiness are truly commendable.
