The workers here truly don’t know what they are doing. The return process is a joke. I used to love shopping here now, everyone that works there has a attitude and don’t wanna do their job. It’s 100% better to buy online and chat with customer service if you have a issue.

We were there to exchange some jeans with our receipt but because the tags were not on there but we did have them they would not except the exchange. I understand this may be company policy but the employee had a major attitude about it. I have been in customer service and you do not treat customers in this way.
