    “Back Alley Brujas was the very first shop that caught my eye when we walked in from the parking lot. A “Witchy & Bitchy” shirt hanging out front immediately grabbed my attention, and I jokingly told my husband he probably thinks this isn’t going to be his kind of store. We couldn’t have been more wrong! The shop had something for all of us. We ended up finding several souvenirs and gifts for our daughter, along with incense and sage for my husband. Everywhere I looked there was something unique, fun, and interesting. This wasn’t just another tourist shop—it was one of the coolest stores we visited in Old Town Albuquerque. Michelle, my Pisces sister, was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. Her friendliness and knowledge really stood out. I would absolutely stop here every time I’m in Albuquerque. In fact, this is one of those rare shops I’d follow online just to see what’s new. You can’t say that about every store in Old Town. Highly recommended!”

Of closing and I was shocked because guaranteed most employees start closing up around you and really aren't that helpful...Elias was amazing! He literally broke it down with the different styles of tac pants and how they fit. Im a bigger guy so I was concerned that 511 wouldnt have my size. Well hot damn at 6'5 270 lb Elias spent some time digging in the back and actually found my size! Even and Daniel took the time and helped me find other items aswell. So right at closing you had 3 fine gentlemen with exceptional customer service and sales skills had a customer spend a little bit of money in there, well done gents and well done to the hiring manager. Customer service and consistency is what makes the business thrive, the product itself will sell itself, but it wont without those skills. 511 rocks!!”

I walked into Larry's and walked out with not only the parts that I needed, but also a great deal of respect and appreciation for the man himself (Larry) who gave me a short history lesson while I was in the shop. They have all of the tools, parts and know how to handle whatever you need (minus chrome plating) in house.”
