“Great store, was greeted when I walked in which is nice. The associates were nice and asked if needed help with anything, which is a plus. And the store looks pretty clean and we'll stocked. Was able to find what I was looking for.”
“Joe is awesome! He has pierced my nose twice over the years and each time I was nervous and he had pierced my nose before I knew it was pierced! He is kind and thoughtful with his knowledge in keeping your piercings clean. He doesn’t make you feel like a number but a friend. Go see Joe and tip him well!”

Every single employee pitched together to find pants in my size- I tried on so many and they were so thoughtful and patient. I ended up buying two pairs! Each employee went out of their way to make conversation with me and to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. This Zumiez definitely has me as a regular now.”
“I worked a double shift today and didn't have time to buy my son winter pajamas. He has grown out of every pair that he had and tomorrow was pajama day at school. With 30 minutes left I decided to try and stop at Old Navy and see if they had any. I know it's annoying to stop in at the last minute I promise the lady that I would be quick. Not only was Leanne super kind but my son specifically wanted black and they didn't have them in her size she looked all over the store until she found some black checkered print ones just for him I don't know if she's a manager or just an associate but she deserves a damn raise”

“Went here looking for some slippers for my boyfriend and was met with a greeter pointing me towards what I was looking for. When I got to the shoe section of the store, Lauren, was an amazing help! She got literally ANYTHING we needed from the back and checked on us exactly when we needed the next shoe/size. She was very friendly and made the overall experience very pleasant. I’ve been to a couple of other north face stores (in Chicago) and left because I wouldn’t receive any help. Not in Abq. Thanks Lauren !”

I normally get a lot of my button downs for around $120 and the ones here are often slightly less high quality, but just as fashionable. The British brands sold here also tend to fit me better. And there is a pretty decent selection of nice men's shoes too!”
