“This place has the cutest local items. What I like about here that is different from all the other tourist type places that rep New Mexico clothing and articles is that this is a little bit more modern. I have taken my family to a few places and it's usually like a Ziae symbol or a roadrunner. This place has cute shirts that have Sasquatch and aliens being sucked up into spaceships and also Zia symbols. I guarantee you can find something for someone who's visiting from out of state or even just rep your own state. The items are a little bit more on the costly side but I think you get what you pay for because the quality is pretty good. I have had jackets, leggings, and shirts from there that have lasted years without any fading or tearing.”

“Best customer service, ive ever had!! I walked in about less than an hr. Of closing and I was shocked because guaranteed most employees start closing up around you and really aren't that helpful...Elias was amazing! He literally broke it down with the different styles of tac pants and how they fit. Im a bigger guy so I was concerned that 511 wouldnt have my size. Well hot damn at 6'5 270 lb Elias spent some time digging in the back and actually found my size! Even and Daniel took the time and helped me find other items aswell. So right at closing you had 3 fine gentlemen with exceptional customer service and sales skills had a customer spend a little bit of money in there, well done gents and well done to the hiring manager. Customer service and consistency is what makes the business thrive, the product itself will sell itself, but it wont without those skills. 511 rocks!!”

“first off all of the staff were so kind & the manager was amazing! we had lost an item in the mall & returned to see if anyone returned it, at that point they had not. a few hours later the manager calls and said a random person tried to return the item for money & that she told him that the family who purchased these specific items were looking for it and she took the items and did not allow him to return! we were able to come the next day and get the item! words can’t explain how happy i am with this store & the manager!”

“Good store with good selection in sizes. Pricing is good. Parking is great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is not a single bench in sight to sit down. Not by the bathroom area where clearly there is allocations for benches but they’re gone. You can see the marks on the wall where they used to be. Not sure why they got removed but that’s a bad call.”

“Urban Outfitters has become a lot better over the past couple months I've walked in and out to the time I've bought a few things from the store. Most of the girls that I've seen working and interacted with are pretty nice, especially the girl at the dressing rooms area (her name is Dom). The store has some good quality in clothes and perfume, also good variety as well. If you like Byoma (cosmetic brand) it's super great, and they have lots too.”
