“This place has the cutest local items. What I like about here that is different from all the other tourist type places that rep New Mexico clothing and articles is that this is a little bit more modern. I have taken my family to a few places and it's usually like a Ziae symbol or a roadrunner. This place has cute shirts that have Sasquatch and aliens being sucked up into spaceships and also Zia symbols. I guarantee you can find something for someone who's visiting from out of state or even just rep your own state. The items are a little bit more on the costly side but I think you get what you pay for because the quality is pretty good. I have had jackets, leggings, and shirts from there that have lasted years without any fading or tearing.”

The sunglasses did not work out, I took them back worried?, but when i walked in. The Oakley Team immediately approached me asked me what I needed I explain, they got to work, they figured out the issue exchange the item I got the Sunglasses which worked for my eyes and everything worked out really just a "happy/satisfied customer!" “Went in staff member Aubri greeted me, asking if she could help me in anyway just let her know. No sales pressure, but attentive if needed. I found the belt I wanted, due to the very large selection. I wanted to try on size, staff had no problem with that. While checking out 'Linsey ask was I a 1st responder or military. I stated yes, which she said they had a discount for that saving me 10%. I left feeling I was appreciated as a customer with a great new belt. I will return. I highly recommend this store.”

“I bought a pair of shoes that the glue was coming off of them, I hadn't even gotten a chance to wear them yet. They did an even exchange which is what I wanted cause I ❤️ the shoes! The colors are awesome ? my mom was not sure at first but I talked her into buying the shoes from this certain location. It was a great deal she said the price was right. “Most of the time I come in here, there is always just enough customer service-not too pushy but always willing to help. There are a few associates, however, that they might want to rethink. I really don't want to walk in and see the employees flirting with friends while there is a line at the register. I have also had one experience waiting in line and because this grown man kept whining and complaining behind us, they took rung him up at the register before everyone else. The store is always clean, the fitting rooms are always clear, the visuals are always updated and the merchandising is always fresh. Just trim the fat and my experience would be near perfect.”
