I was trying to deposit $50 using my cash app card but fortunately put my dollars I then proceeded to go inside us eagle Bank and one of your employees sincere her name is sincere was actually helping me and went out of her way to get me numbers so that I can call because I see you anytime ATM does not physically belong to the bank your employees go out of their way to help customers in my eyes I give you guys 100%. That is super good customer service I've been in customer service over 13 years and I would do the same for the customer... “I have been banking at SAFCU since 1965, when the only branch was on Sandia Base and it was known then as the Sandia Military Federal Credit Union. Over the years, my wife and I have had multiple bank accounts at SAFCU, automatic Bill Pay, in addition to mortgage accounts, several HELOC's, and car loans, for ourselves and 6 children, Trust accounts as an Estate executor for parents (all paid off and closed now), and a safe deposit box. A Branch manager on Coors Blvd personally worked with my creditors to deal with my bounced checks due to an error made by a SAFCU teller when she printed a small number of Counter Checks for me to use on a temporary basis when our mail was stolen from our roadside mailbox in Paradise Hills. After we retired and moved to Texas 5 years ago, we retained the primary bank accounts for electronic deposits of Govt checks, and payment of almost all recurring bills. We have avoided long wait times on the phone by using an automatic call-back feature, when available, and made judicious use of email to avoid misunderstandings. Kindness and self-control have helped me in dealing with people. 5 STARS for SAFCU!”

“Need to add secure, automatic locking doors to both sides of your atm booth if it's going to be so lit up inside of it that you can't see outside of it at night.
Went the other night to make a withdraw and there was someone hovering in the parking lot outside the atm booth, and from inside, I could not see anything outside, so I had to constantly watch both open doorways every time I heard a sound outside.
I mean either put some kind of anti reflective coating on the inside windows of the booth, so everyone can see outside of it at night clearly, or add automatically locking doors to both sides of the booth, the ones that you need your atm or debit card to unlock from the outside. Either one of these would suffice, for the safety of the customers.
Of course the locking doors would be optimal, but at least the interior anti reflective coating would allow anyone using the atm to be able to see outside of it at night.
Otherwise, I've enjoyed being a customer.”

“Been a customer since 1975. At one point I thought I needed to change banks because my parents’ trust account was with Wells Fargo (have nothing good to say about that experience!) Then manager at Manzano, now retired, spoke with me personally (my first interaction with a BANK MANAGER - I was just a regular person!) convinced me to give them a chance of a few months, and indeed, that’s when I became very angry with Wells Fargo and transferred everything to Bank of the West. Since that time their banking and investment staff have bent over backwards to make sure my monetary interests were taken care of, meeting with me on a regular basis. Always very friendly and helpful.”
