The crew was nice and courteous Able to help with my questions. Tried on several pairs of boots found my size and style I was looking for as there were lots of choices. I didn't feel crowded.

Was in Albuquerque for the weekend and went to this boot barn. Found what I was looking for however horrible customer service from an older man I believe he was a manager there. The young lady and young man were very nice but this person was very rude!!
