Very kind and helpful staff. The boots my granddaughter wanted are not available in the store but I was told that if I order them and they are not the right size I could bring them into the store and he would help me to return them.

Aileen, was amazing and patient. I couldn't find the match to the boot I wanted and she went out of her way to help us find the second boot. She needs a raise!!!
