I moved my kitchen, made a huge pantry and laundry area, did a bathroom, and knocked out all the walls in the main living space. Things went smoothly. The communication was wonderful. I also love that John cares about customer service and the details! Not many companies care about this anymore... this was a big deal to us! “I came in for a battery and charger for a leaf blower. It was behind a locked cage. T four employees came to help! I didn’t get the name of the first, older gentleman. He found Steve for me. Steve and Joseph helped me reach the department supervisor, Sebastian. Sebastian not only helped me find a better, more affordable option but he brought the item to the front for me while I continued to shop. Bri at customer service helped me with a return in the matter of seconds while Sebastian retrieved the item he stored for me. He checked me out while Bri was on the phone with another customer and even carried the large item to my car! This entire team was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. 6 stars if I could. I’d like to pass this along to their Medallia customer service survey but the website isn’t accepting feedback for my area code right now. Regardless, you guys are awesome. Thank you so much!”

Instead of simply pointing me in another direction, she took the time to help ensure I could still get what I needed by arranging a delivery order for the product. Her willingness to help, even when she didn’t have to, truly stood out.
