Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and 5G phones. The staff is friendly, helpful, patient, and does not give up until a solution is found. They will walk customers through plans and can spend significant time fixing problems. Some staff members are great and go out of their way to contact the tech department for help. However, customer service over the phone can be difficult, and sometimes communication or store music can be an issue. It is noted that new phones may not include chargers, which can be puzzling. Overall, many customers leave satisfied and plan to return.

I had a difficult time with customer service over the phone. I came to this location and wow Cindy was so helpful. I left the store with a smile . Cindy was very patient spend an hour and half trying to fix my problem.
