Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and 5G phones with friendly and professional customer service. Staff provide great help with service and phone issues. Customer service is usually very good and helpful, though product availability can sometimes hinder a visit. The store receives strong recommendations for its best service. They provide walk-throughs on plans with unlimited talk, text, and data.
