“I am moving across the country and have to ship a gaming PC that I absolutely love. I do not have the funds to replace this PC if something were to happen with it. I have been stressed about the whole thing for weeks. Called some other places and then called this one and talked to a company representative who I later in the call found out was the owner of the company. His name is Dave. From what I could gather this is a local family owned business. Dave just spent the last 30 minutes answering every annoying nitpicking question down to the fine details that my anxiety ridden brain could come up with. Even if those answers and best options for my situation were not in the highest interest of his business. Very refreshing compared to other places I talked to. If you are worried about moving something valuable or fragile or special to you, CALL THIS PLACE on your list of options. I highly doubt you will be disappointed.”

Incredibly fast but careful, they took care to wrap all furniture, put boxes and furniture wherever asked, and were very friendly and patient with us, even when I was still trying to pack certain things. “This is a great place if you need storage. The units are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, and I had a great climate controlled unit with no issues at all (also good move in deals if available). Lots of cameras around the property, as well as inside the climate control building, needless to say, I had no worries leaving my belongings there. Also, Mike in the office was and is awesome. Super to easy to work with, and a good friendly attitude. I will most definitely use this storage facility again should I need to store my belongings again.”

After doing business with U-haul for nearly 2 years I returned to them to rent a truck for an unexpected and stressful move. The way I was treated at the facility behind Walmart on the West Side of Albuquerque, was enough to never consider using them ever again… for ANYTHING! I found Penske at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. From the initial call, until the return of the truck, our experience was great. We’ve had so many things to worry about and still do. But the one thing that helped my husband and I thru this whole part of our move was the way we were treated by Penske. They were very considerate and catering to us in every way. Marcos is at the location inside the Alameda West Storage on Coors Bypass. If you ever need any kind of truck for a move, home repairs, hauling…. anything please with no hesitation CALL MARCOS! He will put you in the truck you need. He will make sure you leave happy and worry free. I could not be more satisfied with this guy! He made our experience worth writing and rating. Something I don’t usually do. But I am taking all my business to him and I suggest all of you out there do the same. He is worth the try definitely. I told all my friends and family how disappointed I am in U-haul. But I am glad they treated me the way they did because I never would have stumbled upon such a great business and an awesome salesman! He deserves some recognition.
