Visited the Jefferson location for the first time yesterday to get a replacement debit card - stolen ID once again. Can’t speak more highly of Alicia, who got my replacement prepared with kindness and professionalism. A fine example of why NUSENDA is the greatest credit union in our area. Thanks again, Alicia!
