“Had to bring in an old Dell server that had died. The diagnostic indicated only the power supply was bad. The new power supply was order ($450+/-) and came in quickly. Turns out, when the power supply was put in, there were other components damaged and the system could not be repaired. After paying for a diagnostic that turned out to be wrong and cost me an additional $450 from which I received no benefit, I was a bit disappointed that there was not some offering of a refund, even if partial.”

They also transfered everything to the new phone. So happy we had purchased the best buy extended plan. Also, the Techs were on time for our appointment, friendly and courteous”

“This location has it's own security posted out front so I always lock the car when I part near the front door. Once inside, the greeter directed us to the Geek Squad where we got the screen saver replaced on a new iPhone. It's not clear when entering the store, but you must have an appoitment with Geek Squad before being waited on. Be sure to ask for an appointment or call ahead.”

“My go to for adapters. I miss Radio Shack. BB has cords and wires and routers etc. Even with two day shipping why wait? And usually they can answer questions but if not they allow browsing. I'm tired of one store fits all. I like neighborhood grocery, hardware and electronic stores. BB isn't perfect but who is?”
