“I will go out of my way to bring my office mail to this post office rather than the Uptown Office! I spent an hour today with Greg while he worked away on my 30 certified/return receipt mailings and learned so much about him and his family as he talked to me while working. Not only did I get to know him, but I met Mikey (I believe that was his name), who has helped me before. I got to witness Greg greet other customers that have returned to do mailings that he also knows by name and the same with Mikey. These two gentleman are the reason I return because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND their duties as postal workers. They treat every person that walks in that building as if they were friends they have known all their life! Mr. Greg, it was a pleasure talking to you today sir. Thank you for your kindness and hard work! And you too Mikey! See you next time!”

“I pass two other post offices on my way to this location. Why? Because they care about the services here. They’re very polite, efficient and don’t give you the feeling that you’re interrupting their day. I must say they are worth the extra effort to make the trip to do business there. Even if the line is long you’re pretty much in and out. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is about 8 minutes and that’s with the line out the door, so it’s worth the effort to go there.”

“Got to use here to post as the one on 5th street had a security checkpoint and I didn’t have my ID on me cos I’d just walked less than 10 minutes from where I stayed.
But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.”

“What a night and day experience from the post office a couple of miles west of this one. I wish my zip code was in this coverage area! Quick service was in and out in less than ten minutes. Didn't catch the employee's name, but thank you!”

“Small place and a small staff so you may have to wait a bit for your packages but all my deliveries show up safe and sound to my PO Box, staff is friendly and efficient.”

“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”

“I went around 1130am. No wait. The security check was painless. They were all very friendly and helpful. At the post office inside, no wait. The woman at the desk was super pleasant and helped me right away. Lunch time is posted on the door.”

“After dealing the little help I got from the USPS on George St I went to the USPS on Cornell and they got me the proper help literally within 1 minute. Not sure what going on over there on George St but Cornell has their ducks in order!”

“This post office is efficient and effective, really the only two things I want from a post office. It's rarely crowded and the staff are knowledgeable and to the point.”

“10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”

“Most Post Office locations around here allow 24 hour access to PO Boxes, but not this one. I assume that this is due to the homeless camping inside the building.”

“Very freaking epic Passport Lady literally saved the day and stuff. Took our appointment and conducted it flawlessly and righteously. The interaction bestowed upon us was crafted with the very kindness and benevolence of a powerful but respectful god! Seas were parted! Miracles were made! Lightning shot from her finger tips! And there was even a two headed animal born or something like that! Overall a terrifyingly spectacular and wonderful experience! Probably better than every other post office. Most likely. Unless it's second best.... just in case.... but the lightning part makes me fairly confident that it IS the best.”

“5 Stars. Tony is my favorite postal worker of all times. Everyone else in this town sucks. TONY IS THE MAN. Super nice and he supports my business by purchasing my goods. He takes time to talk to me, ask me about my day, jokes around. No other postal worker even smiles in ABQ.”

“I love the convenience of this location and the people who work here have been very pleasant to me. They have a small staff so it should not come as a surprise that they're occasionally closed if an employee calls in sick or has an emergency. I also like this shopping mall that it's part of.”

“I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED FOR ALL MIS DELIVERIES ON PIRU BLVD...THAT WEEK, THERE WAS A SUBSTITUTE THE WEEK OF ALL THE TROUBLE.This is about the mail carrier on Piru Blvd, SE 87123, not the clerks at this office who have always done a good job. I am constantly missing Packages, in less that 5 days 3 PACKAGES were brought to me by my honest neighbors. Our carrier (whoever it is) is constantly putting our packages into other peoples boxes. This includes also our letters & bills. I have complained about this off the online forms before...Its hard to believe this continues on & on...this increases everyone's chances for identity theft & its almost useless to even have a mailbox on this street. I don't understand why USPS doesn't seem to care about this...what is the hiring process for these carriers, also they get PAID for constantly being so careless? I don't understand this...In the e mtns we never had this problem with the USPS carriers.”

“Our mail gets delivered through this location and sometimes mail gets returned to sender without attempted delivery… not sure why. However, the clerk working at the annex location went above and beyond to check on the status of an important package that was undelivered by the carrier, and was able to locate it in the back before it got returned to the sender. Thank you for your great customer service!”

“I have been on a six-month trip around the US and have been sending souvenirs and other things I don't want to lug around home by mail pretty frequently. Of all the USPS locations across multiple states I have made international shipments from, Kevin at this location provided the most competent and efficient service by far.”

“The wait times can be improved with more workers being hired for the counter positions. I don’t blame employees working here for slow service when it appears to be very short staffed. The 2 older gentleman closing today showed patience & great attitude. Love Our neighborhood post office! Thank you for everything you do! ??”

“Got there right before it closed and they got all my stuff done in like 5 minutes. Not only waited a few minutes before probably the best experience I've ever had at the post office”
