The manager Susan explained what the issues were to me and she was so helpful and so willing to help me locate my package. All staff members at this location were polite, nice and also willing to help me find my package. I had a great experience at this location today and yes I received my package!”

“Ive had a PO box here for the past 4 years. Never had a problem. Staff are nice. Man in charge is always helpful. Theyve had a huge increase in receiving packages due to the increase in online shopping from COVID, and theyre slammed with incoming packages - but seem to be handling the change well. Ive received all my orders without a problem”

“Yvonn and the team here is top notch, not sure where all the bad reviews come from but do not like them deter you from coming here! I came for a passport, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, the only reason it took longer was because I filled out the wrong one, but they handed me the correct form and let me keep my place in line while filling it out. I did schedule an appointment through the USPS scheduler site but never received a confirmation email, thankfully the staff was friendly and made it work. They do photos here as well!”

“10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”

“Our mail gets delivered through this location and sometimes mail gets returned to sender without attempted delivery… not sure why.However, the clerk working at the annex location went above and beyond to check on the status of an important package that was undelivered by the carrier, and was able to locate it in the back before it got returned to the sender. Thank you for your great customer service!”

“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. “once you get your appointment made on line which isn’t the easiest thing. make sure you hit submit and get a confirmation email.the gentle man that helped me was so kind and helpful. seemingly patience. i’m sure dealing with this can get old but as i watched him interact with other it was refreshing to see this kind of service and concern for all helped. this world is about jumping through hoops and Getting a passport is no exception for sure but this part was a delight.”
“First time here. GPS put me at wrong entrance after convoluted drive. Postal employee working in truck gave me directions and was very pleasant. Like many places this time of year busy with not enough help. Had a bit of a wait, but had friendly encounter with employee and was on my way.”
“Very busy. Staff are busy. They are friendly and polite. They do their best even when the customer is rude or customers expect the staff do packing and addressing boxes that clearly something the customer should have done before entering the building- just to keep the line moving. Hate seeing 5 year old reviews still up.”
