“I really appreciated the effort of Mychael in keeping the item I shipped to my brother safe. He went out of his way to help me find the right packaging and even added extra protection for me. Thank you Mychael!”

9132 4th St NW, Albuquerque“Rick is outstanding. Was a one off time coming into this location and watching Rick and his rapport with all the regulars, as well as myself, demonstrated true customer service. Will happily come back when in the area!”
“My package was lost and after a bad experience with bad customer service at other postal offices I was sent to this one. The manager Susan explained what the issues were to me and she was so helpful and so willing to help me locate my package. All staff members at this location were polite, nice and also willing to help me find my package. I had a great experience at this location today and yes I received my package!”
“The line was short, clerk was efficient, courteous and helpful.I Recommend this location...Oops! Sorry, I forgot to list the location. (my bad, if I list my favorite USPS location they will be deluged with people in a hurry and all the characteristics that make them my favorite will be lost!Let's just say there are still good locations staffed with good people! Just be patient and kind and you'll find a great location too!”
“Ive had a PO box here for the past 4 years. Never had a problem. Staff are nice. Man in charge is always helpful. Theyve had a huge increase in receiving packages due to the increase in online shopping from COVID, and theyre slammed with incoming packages - but seem to be handling the change well. Ive received all my orders without a problem”

145 Calle Del Presidente, Bernalillo“Yvonn and the team here is top notch, not sure where all the bad reviews come from but do not like them deter you from coming here! I came for a passport, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, the only reason it took longer was because I filled out the wrong one, but they handed me the correct form and let me keep my place in line while filling it out. I did schedule an appointment through the USPS scheduler site but never received a confirmation email, thankfully the staff was friendly and made it work. They do photos here as well!”

FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”

640 Coors Blvd NW Ste 19, Albuquerque“I love the convenience of this location and the people who work here have been very pleasant to me. They have a small staff so it should not come as a surprise that they're occasionally closed if an employee calls in sick or has an emergency. I also like this shopping mall that it's part of.”

110 Montaño Rd NW, Albuquerque“Our mail gets delivered through this location and sometimes mail gets returned to sender without attempted delivery… not sure why. However, the clerk working at the annex location went above and beyond to check on the status of an important package that was undelivered by the carrier, and was able to locate it in the back before it got returned to the sender. Thank you for your great customer service!”

10701 Corrales Rd Ste 19A, Albuquerque“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”

8AM - 5PM
4600 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque“Very busy. Staff are busy. They are friendly and polite. They do their best even when the customer is rude or customers expect the staff do packing and addressing boxes that clearly something the customer should have done before entering the building- just to keep the line moving. Hate seeing 5 year old reviews still up.”
“The USPS agent, Pam is friendly, she provides great customer service and is very helpful and efficient.During peak mailing seasons, this office could use additional staff.”
