“Holy cow, usually I have a good experience at this post office, but I just encountered the most rude employee. My kids grandparents sent us a package to the wrong address, and it was being held here for pickup. I was explaining that I was unsure whose name they put on the package, and explaining the situation, and she just kept interrupting or walking away when I was talking. I didn't catch her name but she had a long grey-ish ponytail. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but her customer service skills could use some work. When she handed me my package, I said thank you and she just grunted lmao.”
“Rick was very friendly and helpful. I needed to mail out my wedding invitations and he guided the process so it was quick and easy. Great stamp selection available”
“I came in this morning to change my address and I witnessed so many beautiful interactions between the employees and patrons. Watching Mallory, Mikey (?), and one other gentleman interact with kindness, professionalism, and thoroughness was awesome! Line or no line, this is where I’ll come for my postal needs.”

“I came here for my first passport because I saw good reviews regarding passports here. I didn't really know the process for getting one, so I was really stressed out, but I was literally in and out lol, definitely concur with the people praising the passport process here! Very easy and painless. I did not get my picture taken there, but I'm sure that part of the process is just as easy lol.”

“I really like sending mail out from this location and most of the staff. However, Michael Cook is my least favorite staff member. When he is running the counter I can't get any questions answered. I can't get any proper assistance and I get a bunch of excuses. I'm making it now a point that when I see him in the counter I go to a different USPS.”
“They close at different hours for lunch. This is a very small location and the staffing is short. If you read the sign it specifically says various hours for lunch may occur. Anyways, I really love this post office! Best one in town! I do a lot of shipping for sales online. For some reason this post office processes and ships everything faster than most in town. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.”
“10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.”

“I love the convenience of this location and the people who work here have been very pleasant to me. They have a small staff so it should not come as a surprise that they're occasionally closed if an employee calls in sick or has an emergency. I also like this shopping mall that it's part of.”
