It has the largest collection in the world of New Mexican made salsas, with over 140+ options displayed on a spice level wall where customers can pick their desired spice. The store offers tastings of hot sauces, and customers can mix and match salsas from all over the state to create gift sets. There are also mustards, ketchups, spices, and gift items. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and delightful, spending extra time explaining the intricacies of sauces and making spot-on recommendations. The owners put beautiful detail into the signage, making it a bespoke retail establishment. It is considered an absolute must-stop and a cute shop to visit when in Albuquerque.
