“I took my Toyota matrix in for a wheel alignment many months ago. Keith told me I have a bent axle. He was going to order me one for a fair price ( so I have him the $600 deposit for that part). By the time I got the money together that business had already sold it. Long story short, Keith was very truthful and I ended up not being able to repair my car because the axle they were able to order cost much more ( $1400) than the initial part cost (that the other business sold) and was just too expensive . Time was not on my side. Keith gave me my deposit back, no hassles. Unfortunately, I'm still driving on a bent axle...but only because I'm poor.
I'm writing this review, finally, just to let people know that I believe Keith and his boys are honest and do things fair. Also to support local business. I've since recommended to a neighbor and she was super happy with Keith's.”

“My family and I have been using Sam’s Paint and Body Inc. for over 30 yrs.
My brother who used who was a car raiser introduced us to him. His cars were Porsche. Sam repair them and my brother was back on the raising track. I could not believe the transformation. Sam’s quality, craftmanship and care is what makes a recked card be back on the road.
My daughters in the teen year as well as my granddaughter and myself have taken our vehicles to Sam’s Paint and Body shop for over 30 years. The quality of his works makes it last for many years to come. He put the cars together and they look and run like a brand-new Car.

After checking several shops, Maaco was one of the few willing to do a full-body repaint. The team here is family-run, professional, and truly know their craft. They did an excellent job repainting the entire car, even replacing the front bumper and emblem. The color and finish are beautiful—the car looks brand new again. “These guys are amazing!! Someone door dinged my 2023 Ram 3500. The dent was pretty deep. I took it to A Dent Express and their Paintless Dent repair guy repaired it. They took my truck in with no appointment and finished it in 3 hours!! Their PDR guy is amazing!! When I went to pick up my truck, I immediately walked up to check out the dent. It was gone. A flawless repair!! It is literally like new!! Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend A Dent Express!!!!!!”

“I dropped off my car at Loid's Collision Center on October 15 to have my front bumper repaired, and as of October 29, there has been no progress or clear communication.
I've called multiple times and left several voicemails, but rarely receive a response. On the few occasions someone does answer, they don't seem to know the status of my vehicle.
I've tried to be patient, but the lack of communication, updates, and organization has made this process extremely frustrating. I truly hope this turns around and ends up being a great experience, because I was genuinely excited to work with this shop after hearing so many good things and seeing that Lexus and other companies have highly recommended them. Unfortunately, so far, it hasn't lived up to the hype everyone made it seem to be.
UPDATE*
They did a great job with the car, despite the circumstances, they were able to make it right, and get my car looking just as great as it did when it first came out of the dealership lot. Very pleased with the work they did, and can see why they are recommended by many people and dealerships. They did let me know about the lifetime warranty of the replacement part which was a great thing to have knowing I can rely on their craftsmanship. The situation as a whole was a thrill of a ride, but I am extremely pleased and glad everything got taken care of.”

My Son’s gave me his old 2008 Honda Civic. It was thrashed. So I brought it to be detailed and it was run down and filthy. I didn’t even think it was possible to get this car this clean. I didn’t expect a miracle just needed a little bit of help for me to drive in comfortably. I just kept saying over and over my mind is blow. I can’t believe it. I’ve never posted a comment before, and I’m 65 years old. The work they did, the excellent care professionalism , and customer service was outstanding. There isn’t one part of the inside of this car that wasn’t touched by their expertise and diligent hard work . I don’t even need seat covers. All the stains are gone. From the tires to the rims to the windows to the interior, five star excellence. wow, can’t believe it. Keep bringing your business to these people. They’re amazing, hard-working, and affordable!! “I had my vehicle repaired here following an accident and overall the quality of the body work was very good. There are a couple minor imperfections, but nothing too significant. The staff was also extremely friendly and easy to work with throughout the process.
The only issue I encountered involved a subcontracted wheel repair. The front wheels were damaged in the accident and my insurance chose to repair rather than replace them. TM's subcontracted the work to a wheel specialist. When the original finish couldn’t be matched, the wheel shop refinished all four wheels to match the repair without permission from me or TM's.
This led to a prolonged situation while I worked with my insurer to ultimately have the wheels replaced, which took several months.
Overall, they're a high-quality repair facility. The wheel repair could have been handled more smoothly, but that was mostly the insurance and wheel repair shop that caused the situation.”
