“This place is amazing- I was responsible for a door-ding on my Wife's 2-week new car (that she hadn't noticed yet), and the Dealership sent me to a place that quoted more than 2200 bucks and several days to repair (standard- bang out, sand and repaint job). And after reading numerous positive reviews for Duke City, I decided to stop by- they quoted me a fraction of the "others" cost, and same-day repair- plus, they took me in two days later. The job took less than 2 hours, looking brand new!! Again...amazing place. Thanks!”

It not only looked like nothing happened to my truck but it actually looked way better. These guys take there time and are very meticulous with every detail down to the last clip. I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles i like them pristine, I keep them detailed and show room clean. “On a cross country trip (MN to CA), I had the misfortune of hitting a deer (the deer was even less fortunate). Over $18,000 damage to my Mini and I had to leave it in Albuquerque.Mini parts can me a challenge. The accident happened at the end of Nov. The last of the parts came early Feb. Carlos kept in contact. Always picked up the phone and always replied to texts.When I flew back to get the car, he picked me up at my motel. Now that's service.When I got to the car, it looked like new, and ran great. No issues. I had a 1400 mile trip back to CA, and Carlos texted me while I was on the trip to see how everything was. He didn't have to do that. I've never had a body shop follow up like that.I will definitely come to Carlos every time I smash my car near Albuquerque.”

“Sam fixed a dented bumper and repainted another piece on the tailgate that was losing its paint. He and his team did a great job with the maroon color - I can't even tell there was damage before. Sam and his team are very friendly and flexible. He was upfront about all costs, and when something new underneath the bumper was discovered, he stood by his initial estimate (no $ surprises at the last second!) and fixed it anyway. I did go to a (unfriendly) national chain right near my house for another estimate, but Sam beat them by about $500!! I will be keeping Sam in mind for all my paint & body needs, and will refer everyone to him. Thank you Sam!”

“A little less than a year ago I got in a collision with extremely unhelpful insurance agents, taking well over a month to come to a conclusion that was obvious from the beginning, barring Mike and his team from working on my vehicle. Mike and his team were in contact with me every step of the way, giving me updates on their own personal diagnosis of my car and while it did eventually take me almost 2 months to get my car back, they did a fantastic job getting it running again and even cut me a good rate as thanks for my patience with them. If I ever need car repairs again this is 1000% going to be the place I bring my vehicle again if need be, they do a fantastic job here.”
