“The UPS Store on Alameda is my preferred shipping location because they are usually available to accept my packages when ever I need to drop-off my Amazon Returns.
They also usually have a Notary on site.”
“I really appreciate having this store nearby to rent a mail box from. I have been a customer for 2 years. It's nice not having to worry anymore about packages getting delivered to the wrong house, in the rain, or being stolen. This location is busy sometimes, but I've never waited more than a few minutes and staff is always friendly.”

Since the 25th we've been asking about a package we ordered. Associates told us, more then once, that they never received it. Finally went online to track it after se eral attempts. And it went to the Post office I went 3 times to the post office, they kept telling me, it was delivered.
Once again this morning stopped a the post office. The associates there gave a print out of signatures from the mailman the delivered it and the associate at the UPS Store. Now they want to. Charge me late fees, when the associates I spoke with told they didn't have the package. Didn't e even try to search for it.
The person that signed to receive the package should pay the package. I would ask the owner to ask future employees about shipping, receiving, and handling packages, realize that these associate our in customer service, its about helping the paying customer and being lazy, because they don't want to take the time to search for info for a customer.”
