Walgreens, a popular pharmacy chain in Albuquerque, is known for its helpful and respectful staff. Customers have praised the quick and efficient service they receive, especially when filling prescriptions. One pharmacist, in particular, stood out for taking the time to address a customer's concerns about a new medication, making them feel comfortable and heard. However, the store's location presents some challenges, with issues like a dark and littered parking lot, and the presence of homeless individuals approaching customers. This has left some customers feeling unsafe, and they have expressed concern for the employees who have to deal with these problems regularly. Despite these drawbacks, Walgreens remains a reliable choice for many in the area, with customers appreciating the convenience and the overall quality of service they receive.
I like going to this walgreens usually there an employee with dark brown long hair and she is very prompt on helping me. Disappointed the disinfectant was out of stock. Walgreens disinfectant is very strong and efficient.

Don’t fill your prescriptions at this location. They refuse to help customers with their medications and have stated that they are okay with putting people’s lives at risk. You may die in the process of seeking help from this specific walgreens. Use any other location if able to do so.

The staff are amazing, clientele not so much. They need to hire full time security instead of locking every item up. We had good times Walgreens, its time for us to part ways. Cheers.
