Walgreens, a popular pharmacy chain in Albuquerque, is known for its helpful and respectful staff. Customers have praised the quick and efficient service they receive, especially when filling prescriptions. One pharmacist, in particular, stood out for taking the time to address a customer's concerns about a new medication, making them feel comfortable and heard. However, the store's location presents some challenges, with issues like a dark and littered parking lot, and the presence of homeless individuals approaching customers. This has left some customers feeling unsafe, and they have expressed concern for the employees who have to deal with these problems regularly. Despite these drawbacks, Walgreens remains a reliable choice for many in the area, with customers appreciating the convenience and the overall quality of service they receive.
The deodorant and other self care items were all locked up behind glass. When I asked to smell some of the deodorants - the entire reason I came in - the employee acted hassled she was asked to help a customer. Very inconvenient; I’ll just shop elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! I cancelled my wife’s med twice and when she went to pick other medications they charged her for ones I cancelled. Also everyone we dealt with in the pharmacy was RUDE and act like customers are an inconvenience. I don’t like to write reviews but this was over the top of ridiculous.

The pharmacist on duty at the Walgreens On San Pedro was really rude when I called to try to get my prescription filled cause I had a procedure this morning. I think this is the worst pharmacy to ever go to. They’re slow and rude. Don’t answer the phone stand in line for minutes on end for a prescription.
