“Such a different experience from my local Costco on Long Island, NY. This store seemed, by comparison, empty of customers, but full of products, and it was so easy to navigate around. In three visits there were NO waits at the checkout registers. A fabulous experience.”

“Great resource for local bulk buying customers, or as in our case, churches needing to feed a hungry congregation. Bright and clean and spacious- lots of parking and room in the aisles for shopping carts! If I lived here I’d be back.”

Clean, efficient, knowledgeable staff, and one man even took me right to the item I was looking for, so I bought three extra. ??
The checkout are mostly fully staffed with cash or card options, and the self checkouts are quick and easy to deal with (unlike Walmart or Sam's Club). They also have multiple staff at the customer service counter, and at the exits.
The produce, dairy, meats, salads, meals, especially the famous Costco chicken... are of high quality, great prices... and you don't have to worry about spoilage.
Plus... it says 8lbs 4oz... It's EXACTLY what it is.
Days earlier, I went to Walmart and also Sam's Club... and decided to weigh the packaged meats because the weight just didn't feel right. The meats were labeled 4lbs 6oz... it was actually 2lbs 4oz, almost the same "errors" as the other three items. This is consumer FRAUD.
So I let the checker taken them back. Then she said, sorry... but we don't do the pricing in the store. No, Walmart has their off-site dept of crooked thievery do it. Then they just drop it off to scam us.
This is shrinkflation... and it's illegal and outright consumer FRAUD. But yet, if you accidentally miss, or the machine didn't scan a 98 cent item... you're going to jail. Nice place huh...
So my thoughts?
You can't... NOT afford to go to Costco. Your getting what you're paying for, and you're not being cheated, accused of petty theft, or looked at like a petty thief. ??
And Costco... Hires the best people, and are there to help you!!! Why? To make your visit a good experience... SO YOU'LL KEEP COMING BACK. That's a real business ??????????”
“This station has adequate room for vehicles unlike most. Had to wait for only one vehicle to get a pump. They were dumping trash when we were there. Pumps and clean and worked adequately.”
“The price is almost always worth any wait in line. It is very uncommon for pumps to be out of order. Reliable location. Only downside is can be inconvenient to get in or out of lot where station is located.”
“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”

“Very friendly employees, if you came into Sam's club and ask for gas gift cards they deline it, because no policy, they ask you to go do it the registers away from the main entrance. The policy came in 2 months ago.”
“For my 60th Birthday this month my daughter sent me the most beautiful bouquet from ABQ Flower Market. The flowers are stunning. They were all in beautiful harmony, some blooming fresh and some yet to bloom. The bouquet is full 360° it doesn’t matter which way it’s facing, and the fragrance is lovely. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.”

“Just had all 4 tires on my truck and wife’s SUV replaced here. Better pricing on the tires, plus free install! Each vehicle took about an hour to complete, plus while you wait, just grab a hot dog and a churro and roam the store! A lot better than sitting in those dang Big O or Discount Tire waiting room chairs in a circle of strangers just staring at each other. Just sayin ??♂️”
“The main complaint about this location is their cafe. The pizza was undercooked and somewhat tasteless. I ordered a salted pretzel, but it arrived cold and unsalted. I'm not sure if the app doesn't translate orders to their system correctly or what.”
“This is our favorite costco to go to. Today they were very busy but I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though it is near christmas. If you need bulk items you can always find a good deal here. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables as well as meats and dairy products. When we were here a few days ago I forgot to pick up eggnog. Today when looking for it they were sold out for this season. I asked an employee just to be sure and he said they were out.”

“I love this particular store. It's not nearly as busy as most of the Costco stores making it easier to get in and out of. The products at Costco are always top shelf. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there may be unhelpful employees. I had a negative experience on a couple occasions in self checkout, which is why I try to avoid self checkout, but otherwise I highly recommend this store.”
“When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.”

“I found this place in an online search and was shocked to find I had driven by it hundreds of times. I will never go to a retail store again. They have everything. They know what they're doing, and they are patient with you when you don't. On my first visit, they double checked the order when they handed it to me. They found something they didn't like, took it back and had a new mat cut within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.”
