“My wife was on her way to the Costco on Renaissance because we knew that the Costco on Coors is known for not rotating tires automatically. This Costco on Coors measures the tread depth and their manager decides whether or not the tires need to be rotated in her opinion ! Well, my wife decided to take her car to the Costco on Coors because she got a nail in the tire and this Costco was closer. Surprisingly, a service tech or supervisor named Chris checked the tire and said that it was not repairable so they replaced the tire under warranty and rotated the tires also. I checked all 4 tires to verify they had been rotated, so we were very pleased with the service we got from Chris. Be sure to mark your tires or rims if using the Costco on Coors for a rotation.”
“Friendly personnel who are patient, prompt, and friendly. Our technician George was very thorough and was able to fix our ancient alarm system. He did not pressure us into purchasing a new system . When we do decide to buy a new system there is no doubt as to where we go. Buy American (Security Inc) !”
“Easy in/out, appreciate they have windshield washers on hand at gas pumps, and are generally convenient and available along the freeways for my cross country trip, unlike Costco. Generally very competitive prices on gas.”

“I enjoy Costco and this location, and I have bought most my house bulk needs, organic fruits, and wild caught fish, but always avoided the steaks. Finally gave in and got a package of NY steaks, absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Has to be the toughest, worst texture, stingy NY I have ever had. As expected, Costco probably had some of the lowest grade steak you can buy due to over production!”
“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”

“Always have such an amazing experience here. The text reminders are so helpful and someone always answers the phone promptly. I never feel judged when having to ask questions and they always double check to make sure non of my other meds are due for a refill and update me on anything thats not ready. Plus most of my meds are filled within 2 days without even having to request and if I need it sooner almost always by end of day.”
“I love this particular store. It's not nearly as busy as most of the Costco stores making it easier to get in and out of. The products at Costco are always top shelf. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there may be unhelpful employees. I had a negative experience on a couple occasions in self checkout, which is why I try to avoid self checkout, but otherwise I highly recommend this store.”
“I bought a new set of tires here last year and was here today for a rotation and balance which is included with the price of the new tires. I got a great price on the new tires and the included rotations and balance and other warranties is a nice benefit. Both times I was able to call to get an appointment and the staff have been friendly, professional, and quick.”

“Understandably, I had to wait 40 minutes for a pickup order (Thanksgiving). I don't know if this will be seen, but throughout that time, I want to make a shout-out to Ryan for running back and forth to make sure everyone got their orders. Only one worker came out to help and it was because he couldn't move two heavy carts by himself. Hopefully Ryan gets recognition for his hard work he put out in very tough circumstances.”

“This Costco was extremely busy during my visit this past Saturday, but I honestly don't think Costco is ever not busy. You can find all your typical bulk items and with the holidays close by, there are plenty of seasonal options. I kept my time here as short as possible and stuck with getting the basic needs without too many cold or frozen items due to my hour drive back home. The checkout lines were much quicker than expected and we were able to be in and out in less than an hour.”
“Went there to balance my tires. Guy named Chris and another one that was helping him knocked it out so quick and went for a test drive, it was Amazing. Would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone who needs new tires or balancing.”
“Wow! The packaging on these preserves is amazing! There is no opportunity for the jars to break even if sat on by an elephant! The red chili mango preserves are unbelievable on smoked cream cheese! So glad I found a place that sells it.”
“What I like about visiting Costco in other states is that they adapt to the local culture selling products that they would not have safe for instance in Oklahoma. This Costco not only sells wine and Beer, they also sells hard liquor and at a lower price than liquor stores.”
“Stopped in quickly to get some dental floss and we were immediately greeted by an employee rudely asking me if I had a membership card. I was quick to point out to my friend who did. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.”

Of course, the very long all beef Costco hot dog is a great value. $1.50. The Costco hot dog is also pretty good. As is the pizza (slices are LARGE), chicken sandwich, Cesar salad with chicken, and soft serve ice cream.
The self serve mustard and relish station can get a bit messy, which is more on the patrons than Costco, though Costco does periodically clean up the area.”
“I have not bothered to read all of the reviews or for that matter more than 2 of the 33. Instead I will simply add my review. I have been using Costco pharmacy for probably 30 years…maybe 35. I have used Walgreens and Albertsons at times so I can make a comparison yet need not do so. All have been good. Costco has been outstanding in a number of ways. 1. They often point out that using this method rather than that method is less costly giving me the exact costs. For instance their own in-house discount generally beat GoodRX. 2. They are timely. 3. They go out of their way to help find otc products 4. Shots are easy to get here 5. They are always well staffed 6. Maybe this is the best one…it’s kinda like walking into Cheers cuz they always know my name😋”

“I would never have guessed this place was hiding back here. Back behind the shopping center, I mean all the way back and to the left is a jewelry makers Candy Land. This place has legit just about everything you'll need for jewelry making. It's absolutely amazing and they have a beautiful selection of beads of all shapes and sizes and at fantastic prices.”
“When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.”
“This place is awesome! The staff here are supper helpful and great when it comes to customer hospitality and services. You can find many things here in bulk in large quantities for the majority of the items. The selection is wide but also limited in some aspects. I am very satisfied with my membership here and love that get access to gas about 30-50 cents cheaper than other gast stations in the city, its a great benefit in this economy. The food at the food court may be limited but its quite good and the team members in the kitchen are very helpful and awesome constantly getting the job done, communicating and having fun.”
