“Stopped in quickly to get some dental floss and we were immediately greeted by an employee rudely asking me if I had a membership card. I was quick to point out to my friend who did. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.”

“This has now become my go to Costco. Each one is a bit different in the city and this one seems to have cheaper gas and a more diverse selection of food! The parking situation is also easier and it never feels to crowded, even on the weekends!”

If you need bulk items you can always find a good deal here. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables as well as meats and dairy products. When we were here a few days ago I forgot to pick up eggnog. Today when looking for it they were sold out for this season. I asked an employee just to be sure and he said they were out.”

“Clean store, friendly staff and good parking. I was a bit disappointed when I tried to buy my 2 pounds of Pete’s major Dickinson coffee they were out of stock.? I hope they get it soon I really like it it’s a great price and it’s the best coffee in the world. They usually sell it for about 16 bucks for 2 pounds so best bang for your buck for a whole bean coffee.”

“Wow, the guys at the tire center are great . I have a 27-foot Class C motor home with duel rear wheels that is too tall to fit into the building at Costco. The manager came in an hour early to work on the RV outside in the cold in January. That's going above and beyond for service. I'll definitely be coming back for my next tire purchase.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey at Cottonwood Sam's Club Auto department. I was looking for a specific set of tires that were difficult to find due to their vehicle-specific nature. Jeffrey went above and beyond to contact the buyer for the tires that showed as being out of stock and called me back to let me know they would arrive in 5-7 days. He was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service.I also appreciate that Sam's Club Membership includes road hazard warranty & waste disposal, which are extra at other local tire resellers, saving close to $100/tire. That's a great value proposition for Sam's Club members.Overall, I had a great experience with Cottonwood Sam's Club Auto department and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and products.”

“When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.”

“This Costco was extremely busy during my visit this past Saturday, but I honestly don't think Costco is ever not busy. You can find all your typical bulk items and with the holidays close by, there are plenty of seasonal options. I kept my time here as short as possible and stuck with getting the basic needs without too many cold or frozen items due to my hour drive back home. The checkout lines were much quicker than expected and we were able to be in and out in less than an hour.”

They know what they're doing, and they are patient with you when you don't. On my first visit, they double checked the order when they handed it to me. They found something they didn't like, took it back and had a new mat cut within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.”
