“I would like to give 5 stars to an employee that works for State Employees Credit Union. The representative's name is Susan Baldonado, Personal Service Representative. Susan is by far the best service representative at this State Employees bank site. She is very thoughtful. She explained politely and effectively what was required and what I would I needed to in order to get an auto loan. My experience with her was very pleasant.”

“A big thanks to Veronica Lujan, the Branch Manager, who accommodated my wife and I on a walk-in visit to add her to my accounts. Normally, there is a requirement to schedule an appointment due to the branch being short on staff. Despite this requirement, we have very rare opportunity where both of us were free during the week and Veronica was able to take care of us. Thanks for going above and beyond!”
