At one point I had saved 10K by depositing about $60 a month, but came back to NM an d discovered Gambling and blew all that +. I eventually did GA and I'm back in the saddle again... whoopee!! KFCU has been there all along. Would'nt bank any where else. THANK U KFCU!!”

I was trying to deposit $50 using my cash app card but fortunately put my dollars I then proceeded to go inside us eagle Bank and one of your employees sincere her name is sincere was actually helping me and went out of her way to get me numbers so that I can call because I see you anytime ATM does not physically belong to the bank your employees go out of their way to help customers in my eyes I give you guys 100%. That is super good customer service I've been in customer service over 13 years and I would do the same for the customer... That is one good employee what's the game her name is sincere I didn't get her last name but I know her name is sincere Chris Gonzales”

“I love, love, love the staff at this branch! I love the service I get each and every time I walk through those doors, very personable. They make you feel like you’re at home because they have always have coffee and treats for their members as you walk through the doors. I’ve never had to wait for long periods of time to be seen, I make sure to walk in at a regular time for business. Every time I’ve had an issue where I desperately need help, they automatically look for ways to help me and resolve my issue right away! They go above and beyond! I’ve never encountered a problem that they cannot help me with or that hasn’t been resolved to my satisfaction! They’re courteous, kind and so helpful! It doesn’t matter what I need to do but my credit union is amazing. I think I’ve said that and I love the fact that they coping with like Nusenda because if I’m not near one of my credit unions, I know I can go to certain things at Nusenda. Which I probably had to do once.”
“I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work. She was able to get and print my credit card for me before heading back home to Colorado! Thank you Maritza! Awesome member service!”

I have found that, even on the off chance that one of the employees does not know what to do about my inquiry, another one is right around the corner to come and help.

“Honestly, absolute best experience I’ve had at Nusenda today thus far!! :) and every single experience I’ve had at this bank has Been absolutely exceptional from day one .. They protect my account when they suspected fraudulent charges, which literally saved me Due to other bills being due and priory.. very experienced, polite efficient, Banker/financial consultant named Victor from member services at the Paseo Location literally saved me today by helping me apply for my first loan with them & getting approved immediately..! Thanks to him and his knowledge and expertise and professionalism, recommending what Nusenda had to offer me now that I found myself in a little bit of a financial bind & as a single mom, still trying to make up for the holidays, etc. and was extremely worried about what I was gonna do the remainder of my rent this month but thanks to Victor I am able to pay the other half of my rent and it has A giant weight off my shoulder was just And affordable payment plan for this That I could very much handle Understand completely The way it was explained to me today thank you you’ve done an amazing job . You have no idea what you did for me and my little ones today!!
