“Christina B. was amazing in helping me complete my loan documents. We shared laughs and talked about some commonalities. She is very personable, likeable, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! What a great asset she is to the FFCU team! Thank you, Christina! You were a tremendous help to me today!”

“I recently opened a membership with Nusenda and I couldn’t be happier. I had a wonderful experience throughout the process, I stepped into the branch on Unser and was immediately greeted by Chelsea. Chelsea assisted me with opening my membership and getting my loan funded same day. The best part of my experience was Chelsea even though it was my first interaction with her it felt like catching up with an old friend, not a transaction. I am absolutely impressed with Nusenda.”

“Hands down the best credit union in the ABQ area. We have held multiple loans with them and they have always maintained the lowest interest rates and best customer service.”

“I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work. She was able to get and print my credit card for me before heading back home to Colorado! Thank you Maritza! Awesome member service!”

“It’s always clean and fresh smelling. It’s nice to walk in and be greeted by that and then be greeted by the receptionist, followed by another friendly person who helps me with the transaction . Keep up the great work!”
