“I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work.
