“Clean store, with an impressive inventory of food, snacks, household items, travel goods, and so much more. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. The even have Hostess Snowballs, which I have not seen in years! The outside is clean. Gas prices are reasonable.The staff is friendly and helpful. Great stop for a traveler.”

“Stopped there just before midnight on 10/31/25. The place was super clean and the two guys working were awesome. Got a shower but when I exited and wanted to purchase something for my cold they had already closed for the night for purchases. No big deal but it is a TRAVEL PLAZA and Truck Stop. As a truck driver I only choose places that have restrooms available 24 hours. I have a reason for doing so. I was told they use to be a 24 hour store. And it is clear that it is a better store than the Loves. PLEASE OPEN back to 24 hours.”

“We stopped for the night in Clayton because of heavy rain and we needed to shower. We were eating at the 87 restaurant and called to see if they had any showers. Ethan answered and said they were being cleaned and would be ready in 15 minutes. The parking area is not spacious and lots of trucks had stopped for the night Will helped me position the RV. The showers were very clean and modern. Took a minute or two for the hot water to appear but then it was the kind of shower you just want stay in forever. Met Will's Dad this morning who has an awesome smile and made me feel happy to be a customer. Pump 8 receipt printer wasn't working which I'm thankful because I wouldn't have met Will's Dad. I highly recommend this establishment.”
