“While I was in Farmington on a business trip, my cell phone suddenly stopped charging, and I was worried I would lose access to important information and contacts. Fortunately, I stopped by the Verizon store on Main Street next to Starbucks and was assisted by Evander.
Evander provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He carefully helped me troubleshoot the issue to determine whether my phone could be repaired, explored insurance claim options with me, and thoroughly explained the choices available if I decided to replace my device.
When I ultimately chose to upgrade to a new phone, Evander went above and beyond. He spent over an hour and a half with me, ensuring that all of my data, contacts, photos, and settings were properly transferred to my new device. He made sure everything was working correctly before I left the store. He also installed my new screen protector and phone case, taking the time to make sure everything was done right.
In an age when great customer service can be hard to find, Evander delivered a truly outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. I left with a new phone, all my data intact, and complete confidence that everything had been set up correctly.

“I recently upgraded to a new phone & the process of it was so stressful. The first sales rep I spoke to was not helpful & they only had one rep to assist customers when I went there. I waited 3 HOURS to get helped at this location because the rep was stuck on ONE person ahead of me. There was no urgency to assist other customers or time management given by the representative. By the time I was able to get seen the rep was unable to answer questions regarding my contract agreement or the details of a promotional offer. I am unsure if the rep was new or she just genuinely didn’t know what to do to help me. There were so many things that went wrong & I wasn’t confident in the upgrade I purchased. I wanted to return the item immediately & decided the process was not worth it. However after following this experience with the first rep I was able to speak to a different rep the next day.
Brittany was such a HUGE help in assisting me with my new phone & getting it set up. She listened to my previous experience with the first rep & was very understanding and patient. She took control of any unanswered questions or concerns that I had & ensured I felt satisfied with my new phone. I appreciated her full transparency through the process & she was very informative about certain aspects of the promotional offer at hand. If I had not spoken with Brittany I surely would’ve just gave up on this carrier & taken my business elsewhere. Despite the awful experience I had previously I would have gave 5 stars to this location but I believe Brittany deserves these stars for her role in my situation. She stepped up & took action towards any concerns & I was able to follow through on my upgrade. I am incredibly thankful for her outstanding customer service & support.”

“My experience in the store was very fluid and easy. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I feel bad for them because almost every customer was rude for no reason. People are receiving free phones, service and will complain about it. I will hand it to the staff for being so awesome in the face of entitled rude customers.”
“I have been to this W 10 times in the last month. It is better stocked and cleaner than most W across the country. The staff were friendly when I was friendly. I'm 62 and they wouldn't let me buy alcohol without ID and pointed to the posted sign. I have always thought this is moronic but it is policy and I got over it, bought my beer at the next store. I have encountered people from NY to Hawaii and what appears as "rude" or lacking courtesy is sometimes a misperception. I doubt have expectations when I meet someone or hold someone under my thumb because they are and employee and should...yada yada. Everyone is human. Start with respect & kindness and doors will open for you. I just moved here and 1 month in, I love it.”
