“I'm always happy to stop in at Ross'. I went looking for 3 items a mid size purse, a long sleeve t shirt and a pair of lounge pants. I was able to find them all at reasonable prices, and used the rest room. Myself and 2 other customers did have to call for customer service to unlock for us. Thanks, Ross.”

“Without a doubt I am giving these T.J Maxx Team members and their store a big 5 and if it allowed me I would give them a lot more.I travel to Farmington NM quite often, this weekend I decided to spend Halloween up this way with my teen daughter We had had a late dinner but as always wanted to visit T.J. Maxx. When we got to the parking lot it was close to 9pm and hardly any other cars were around we thought we were out of luck.My daughter checked their website and we found they didn't close till 10pm. We were excited and immediately headed in. We we're welcomed by the cashier with a cheerful voice. We had an hour so we headed to the isle's. It was easy to find exactly what we were looking for as the floor personal were obviously doing a great job straightening things out after a busy Sunday and coordinating everything very well by size, color and dept. Throughout the store. It took us 15 minutes to find a pile of clothes and other items we were there for. We headed to the fitting room and we're also greeted by a very friendly, cheerful and kind Xiana, who not only tended to us but was noticably keeping a customers little boy entertained with play and conversation while also putting things away. I also appreciated the fact that someone was announcing closing time every 15 minutes which helped a great deal. When we got to the cashier who's name is Sela she also greeted us in a very welcoming way asking us if we had found everything okay and thanking us for taking the hangers off the pile of clothes we had picked out and making it to the registers on time before closing. She also apologized if we didn't find every item on our list, as she mentioned being short staffed. I was pretty surprised to hear that because my daughter agreed that the store was not only so clean extremely organized and well kept but as always full of great merchandise. Something we don't see often back home. I was happy to tell her we aways enjoy this store for the great quality and amazing service regardless of what time we shopped. We truly want to appreciate everyone who makes it happen here, because all though it was late and staff was probably tired everyone was still willing to ensure great service was giving to us. That gives us great satisfaction as customers who will always come back. T.J. Maxx in Farmington NM you guy ROCK!!! THANK YOU KINDLY FOR KEEPING THE FUN IN OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!”

“I have been to this W 10 times in the last month. It is better stocked and cleaner than most W across the country. The staff were friendly when I was friendly. I'm 62 and they wouldn't let me buy alcohol without ID and pointed to the posted sign. I have always thought this is moronic but it is policy and I got over it, bought my beer at the next store. I have encountered people from NY to Hawaii and what appears as "rude" or lacking courtesy is sometimes a misperception. I doubt have expectations when I meet someone or hold someone under my thumb because they are and employee and should...yada yada. Everyone is human. Start with respect & kindness and doors will open for you. I just moved here and 1 month in, I love it.”

“Those current pics are not the real pictures of Farmington JCPenney. It's a decent JCPenney. Not as big as ones in the city, it's not two story and doesn't have late home living displays or appliances. Alright selection of clothes for everyone.”

“Visited this Walmart several times while on vacation here and never had a problem! They have self-checkout lanes, so that was a plus for me. We went in and out. If we needed help, the employees were always extremely friendly and attentive.”
