“I had a large, 73-pound box to ship and not only was UPS the only place in town that was willing to handle it, they were very good about keeping me informed of the process. They use a third-party shipper for items that are too big or heavy for their regular brown trucks and they took care of getting it on a shipping pallet, providing the shipping number when it was picked up, and making sure that I knew the status at every step. Nicole, in particular, was a delight to work with.”

“Ozzie the manager and Alan are very friendly and welcoming. I first met Ozzie when I first came to this UPS store about two yrs. ago to get some legal packets made for a squatters case I was filing. Ozzie was very efficient and helpful and made my packets one by one so they came out in the order I had organized the pages. I was impressed with her dedication to making my 3 packet correctly and well organized. She knows her stuff. And has good work ethics too. Ozzie, also helped me mail some boxes back home when I was finally going back home to CA and couldn't take the boxes on the plane w/o paying an arm and a leg. I checked both usps and UPS and FedEx. UPS had the better rate. Needless to say, of course, I went with UPS. Hence two years later, Ozzie now a well deserving manager, I'm having to go through eviction of people I rented to and have breached the contract. I'm from CA and this is the only UPS store I will come to now when I'm in Las Cruces. This UPS store has good friendly, welcoming and efficient people. They provide excellent customer service. Derrick, the new guy is very nice, friendly and efficient too. This UPS store has a Wonderful Staff all the way around. Thank you.”

“Staples did a super job on copying an 80-page document making 8 copies. The copies were bound in a clear and navy-blue cover. Best of all they completed the job in two days.”

“Everyone here is super nice and helpful! I came here once to print something and the young man (James) who helped me was so courteous and patient that now I always come here when I need anything done because they are so amazing and kind. They are professional and efficient. I will continue to come to this store.”

“My office NEVER uses FedEx to ship documents. So I was a bit surprised when I was asked to send some via this carrier. I can't speak to the printing but I did see some machines that would certainly make a banner if you needed it. I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. Or if you just need a self service copier for a resume on some nice paper...they have that too.My reason to be there was to ship. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.”

“I just want to say a big thanks to Jacob - my daughter's graduation announcements kept coming out wrong, so he took it upon himself to find and fix the problem. The result is that the announcements turned out great. Thanks so much!”

Plenty of parking, and not very busy everytime I have been here. I have never seen another shipper.”

“These folks were super helpful with me when I brought in my postage prepaid voting ballot, printed out in a somewhat unorthodox manner. They seemed to be taking it very seriously and were quite friendly.”

“The best post office in Las Cruces. The Postmaster, David Mullens is always polite, remembering every local persons name. The clerks are efficient, friendly and super polite as well. Thank you USPS, for not closing this great location!”

“Very good experience once able to enter store. Excellent customer service. Store needs to update hours on both on the auto message we customers get when we call and their google listing - Saturday hours are wrong. This led to me and a few other customers waiting outside for opening that didn't happen. I did try to suggest an update to Google with photos indicating correct hours for this location, but no changes were made.”

“I'm sorry that DeJoy is running USPS into the ground, and the workers are the ones to face the public's misguided wrath. Yes, there are bad apples in every business, too, but I'm certain that 99.9% of all mail people aren't out to steal the contents of my packages. USPS is purposefully understaffed, employees overworked (without overtime pay), and grossly underpaid. I feel that if we as the public want to witness an improvement, then we need to voice our concerns with our local government bodies.
This being said, I was able to successfully intercept a letter sent to me with Priority Mail the other day. I had it held for pick up. They were time-sensitive documents that I needed earlier that day, and I couldn't risk waiting for regular mail delivery time (anywhere from 2 pm to 7 pm). I was able to pick up my mail as soon as this post office opened. It wasn't busy at all, and the cashier was very kind.”

“These ladies and gentlemen are kind and helpful as possible. I have personally have witness them assist people as quickly as possible. They also are helpful with people who speak Spanish, you really can't get this kind of service. Be kind and respectful works both ways.”
