“Brought some donations here and the lady who took our bags was so kind! I had never been there before and she told me they don't charge kids for the clothes and they supply them with outfits, shoes, and school supplies... that made my heart happy. They were so grateful for the donations and wished me a blessed day. Will be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone!”

“We love the people and the accomodations they had and the facility was very CLEAN!! One thing did stick out. Not much color or art. I'm an artist, me and my daughter paint murals, so we are very familiar with colors and art and how they can be medicine for your soul♥️ I stayed 40 days last year at the other location and I recall no art in the rooms. Once I went back home, I forgot that it was something I wanted to push for. For the families to come. One positive painting of positive images or words can go a long way.I left MaKayla(?) my number if interested we could paint inside on walls or look into a theme for canvas.”

“I can honestly say that when people ask if there’s anything or anyone who saved my life without me even realizing it, Tenderlove Community Center is that answer. I first came to Tenderlove about a year and a half ago. Before I found this place, I had no idea it even existed. I was about to leave Darrin Place Rehab and needed somewhere to go in Albuquerque to continue my sober journey. A friend recommended Tenderlove, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed.

I successfully completed their program, and I can truly say that if you're ready to change, these people will provide you with the tools you need to succeed. The key part, though, is that it’s up to you—if you truly want it. Tenderlove doesn’t run a playground; they run a program. It’s all about commitment, and I’m so grateful for that approach.

I owe my success to Tenderlove, and I want to extend my deepest thanks to the staff, especially Ms. Debbie. Without their support, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you for everything!”

“This is the German American Club. It is private, but you can go with a member or join ($45/year). It's got a cozy little bar that is fully stocked, and they have social events as well. Membership is open to everyone. The decor reminds me of Oktoberfest. The building has a large reception hall and kitchen facilities as well.”

“We parked in this lot for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the Balloon Fiesta. We were coming from the Sandia Resort and the entrance to the road that leads to this entrance was perfect. Never any traffic. It was ideal and I would recommend it every time. Also leaving via this entrance was perfect as it puts you on the highway.”

“Los Poblanos Fields, Open Space was nice, I checked it out to get an idea, I will be hiking it this coming weekend, walking the land cost nothing. They do have parking. I didn't get to see the Maze at this time. But what caught my eye was a very huge tree that sits on the land, and it is awesome looking. The branches look like a tree trunk themselves.”

“I'm on my second kiddo going through this program. The staff and conductors are wonderful and my kids have learned so much including how to experience and prep for an audition. Their pieces are often more difficult and fun than what they get to play at school plus experiencing a full orchestra or symphony orchestra is great! It's a challenge but definitely worth it.”

“This place saved my life. When I was homeless I had nowhere to go as this day shelter gave me meals, clothes, showers, a place to go during the day and resources I needed to endure my time being homeless. The work they do is God's work and the people who work and volunteer here are heroes and angels. If it wasn't for them, the homeless situation in ABQ would be worse. Serve and see. And thanks to them I'm no longer homeless. Thank God for Hope works!”

“I can only give this company 4 stars because I have not used their services as of yet. I have been to two different events at the facility. The first was an awesome yard sale. The prices were good and the staff working it was so nice. The last time was about a 2 or 3 days before Christmas. They were selling some fabric softener and toys for gifts. They all were very reasonable. The fabric softener is the bomb!!!! I would lovee to get more and find out where I could buy other products they make. Thanks!!!!”
