“Tristin T. was very knowledgeable and experienced! Great customer service. I upgraded my cell phone. I am a retired teacher on a fixed budget. He made it possible. Thank you Tristin! I then went in a few days later and spoke to Danny, who was helpful with my questions.Today I spoke to a nice young man whom I didn't get a name he was African American, but couldn't make my password work on my old phone so I had to make another trip around 5-5:30pm today 2/3/2026. Then for the last trip I came in and a shorter young man possibly Hispanic, was not as pleasant and kinda rude. He was inpatient as well. Seemed as if all my questions seemed to bother him. I told him that the other guy, as I pointed to him (the nice African American) had tried to help me. I then walked over to the nice young man and said, I was here earlier and you tried to help me. So he was about to leave for the day but stayed around and helped me finalize my account upgrading.
Wow what an experience! One bad salesman out of the 4. I am Hispanic as well so there was no racism.

“I just had an awesome experience at this particular Cricket location! The service was professional, courteous and most importantly it was completely stress free. Vianey was the employee that assisted me and that girl deserves a raise! This woman took her time with each customer, being focused and truly listening to the needs of the customer she was addressing. While she was doing this, she simultaneously assisted 4 other customers easing more happy customers out the door. It was so smooth, now that is amazing customer service skills. I highly recommend using this location for all your Cricket needs.”

“This has been one of the stores I have visited the most and always with a very friendly staff, but last week I was helped by 2 young people who work there, I don't remember their names but it was a boy and a girl who helped me a lot with my cell phone problem that I left at work and I couldn't grab for 4 days inside a vault and I had to go out of the state, I just want to say that I am very grateful to them 2..

“RIO RANCHO store (Unser) manager Adrian is a dream representative. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. I had just walked out of a next door competitor whose agents were more concerned with their hair than answering my questions. I don't like to deal with rude people, so I went two doors down to METRO. Adrian answered all my concerns and helped me find a great plan and solution to my cell phone problem. In addition, he suggested a home modem and second line to save money. I'll be back next month for that transaction. I couldn't ask for nicer, more communicative help and he has made me a fan of Metro and a T-Mobile.”

Quality and service. Other stores make you feel like you’re in the wrong isle with no where to turn for help. No bs customer service was literally waiting to give me a solution to every problem my I Phone had. And I Phones aren’t cheap. If your not going to Cloud9 to fix your electronics,
You’re over paying. I couldn’t believe it myself.”
