“A great place to stop and pick up a few snack items. If you're fortunate, you might even strike up a friendly conversation with some of the kind souls who hang out on the front porch benches. Sort of an Andy of Mayberry atmosphere.”
“easy to find using Google - the store had clean restrooms - but my review is about Amber who was working on Monday 11/4/24. She helped me out so much by alerting me that the Raton pass was closed due to weather. She was super helpful and kind. It saved me from getting in a dangerous situation and was able to find a hotel room and stay the night safely with my family. I am so appreciative of her help and kindness. THANK YOU AMBER!!!”

“Our car battery died on our road trip and we had to walk into town to get some help. We stopped in this gas station and asked if anyone there could help us. Right away, someone left in their truck to go grab cables from home and the other gentleman standing in there drove us back to our car and jumped it for us. Everyone we encountered was so nice. The lady working at the gas station and the two gentlemen in the building. I didn't catch any names. But thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping two strangers out. I didn't have any cash on me so we bought a couple drinks. Needless to say, go give these kind people your business. And thank you again! We will definitely be back!”
