Not only did I get to know him, but I met Mikey (I believe that was his name), who has helped me before. I got to witness Greg greet other customers that have returned to do mailings that he also knows by name and the same with Mikey. These two gentleman are the reason I return because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND their duties as postal workers. I am constantly missing Packages, in less that 5 days 3 PACKAGES were brought to me by my honest neighbors. Our carrier (whoever it is) is constantly putting our packages into other peoples boxes. This includes also our letters & bills. I have complained about this off the online forms before...Its hard to believe this continues on & on...this increases everyone's chances for identity theft & its almost useless to even have a mailbox on this street. I don't understand why USPS doesn't seem to care about this...what is the hiring process for these carriers, also they get PAID for constantly being so careless? I don't understand this...In the e mtns we never had this problem with the USPS carriers.”
