“Every time I go in for a business deposit the branch is extremely friendly. I look forward to my weekly bank runs to visit with the staff. They make sure to remember my name, ask how things are, and are always smiling and happy to help. I wish I knew all of their names, as I would call them out specifically, but mainly there are 3 women always at the counter who are amazing, and also one gentleman that is sometimes behind the counter, but usually serving clients via ipad that is also above and beyond. “I recently stopped into this branch for the first time the other day & was helped by a woman with the last name Desmond, I believe. I was locked out of my online banking account and the customer service line proved to be useless. I was told to stop into a local Key Bank branch in order to get my account unlocked. I did as instructed, but was turned away at the first branch I visited. This Key Bank, though, was the second one I went to. Stressed & on a lunch break that was almost over, Ms. Desmond helped to calm my anxieties by helping to resolve the issue effectively. She also attentively listened to my grievances about the customer service line & the Key Bank branch that I had visited prior to coming to her location. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt she really cared for the customer’s —my— satisfaction & totally understood my anxieties when it came to wanting to know what was going on with my money & my bank. She was amazing & even told me if I have any other issues to contact her directly, which I plan on doing if any problems arise again!”

“I want to share what an incredible person matt memis is. Almost two years ago i was the victim of massive identity theft through the process of cloning. At that time, mr memis was a manager at the north troy branch.
When i rushed in out of breath, i told him time was of the essence. Someone had electronically removed and transferred the contents of my phone to another and were now changing all my passwords.
Mr memis dropped everything and rushed into action. We opened my account and everything had been taken out through a wells fargo account. Mr memis immediately reversed the transaction and then helped me to shut down an attempt from the same people of wiping out my ira.
He helped me for almost an hour and a half all alone. Jumping up to help other customers and answering the phone.
His fingers danced on the keyboard to help me lock down all of my accounts.
If not for his service, i would have lost all of my checking, savings and vanguard ira. He also helped me with my goldman sachs pension fund. He prevented a financial nightmare. God bless him.

“I really enjoy doing business at this KeyBank. The tellers are really respectful and friendly. The only reason why I gave this 5 stars is because of the hours. People usually get off from work at 4-5 pm and that is this branches closing time. And it is not even open on Saturdays. It makes it almost Impossible for me to continue doing business here because of their unreasonable hours ... Especially in comparison to the other banks such as Broadview.”
