“Huge shoutout to Manager Bob for making my visit run smooth. I showed him a picture of my water garden/sump pump drainage project and he knew exactly what I needed. Walked me in the right direction, offered alternative suggestions, and had me in and out in no time. No hassle, no wandering aisles - just quick, very knowledgeable, genuinely helpful service. If every store had a “Bob,” projects would get done twice as fast.”
