“I bought a grill that was on sale. It was a great deal on a really nice grill. The workers measure the opening to my suv and needed to take a side tray off to make it fit. The screws were quite pesky and it was taking some work to loosen things up. I apologized for the extra work they had to do, but everyone responded with " it's not a problem at all" Super Job to all of the staff! Thank you so much. I will be seeing you guys soon.”

They are NOT however a walk-in customer service operation like a local hardware store, they are actually a distributor and most of their customers have accounts and are repeat daily or weekly customers. Service is good here and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you happen to be a locksmith or door hardware technician you will enjoy your relationship with this company. They have their own house brand called LSDA which are a great line of products in addition to all of the major brands including Master Lock, Schlage, Arrow, and Kwikset. A good company providing good products and service to their customers!”

“Excellent service experience. I don't have a way to deliver a big all wheel drive walk behind Toro. Called them and got fast pickup, repair, and next day return all at reasonable cost. FIXED and with sharpened blade runs like the day I first got it. Great to have the machine back in new condition running effortless on my bumpy and often water-logged lawn.”
