She was responsive, thorough and compassionate throughout the process and followed up frequently. I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for kitchen design. The final result was beautiful and added considerable value to my home. We have received many compliments.”
“Great assortment of materials including some specialty items not carried by HD and Lowe’s. Staff mixed bag. Many rookies and with such a large inventory it is admittedly difficult for them to know where everything is. Pricing is decent but 20%+/- over big box stores. Bottom line it is always good to purchase from local stores and gas stations even though it might be a little more costly. #buylocal”
“Would not have expected a True Value Hardware store in the middle of Easthampton, but here it is. This place is just packed to the rafters with anything you might need to fix a problem in your home. I did indeed find badly needed superglue (I got Gorilla Glue which is great stuff) amongst things to reissue electronic, appliance, outdoor problems. Of course they also have the seasonal area where you can find beach gear such as chairs, unregistered, etc. They were a little gruff, but still a great find in The Hamptons.”

“Personal service at it's best. I purchased a refill propane tank a few weeks ago, Yesterday due to a physical ailment a neighbor came over to change the tank for my BBQ. It had a defective valve. The store responded first think this morning, the manager Maria and an employee came with a replacement,they hooked it up and tested it. Try that with a big box store. This hardware store, is an old fashioned establishment,run by the nicest people,who treat you well. Plus they have almost everything and if not will get it for you. Great service. Arthur French”
