“I have been trying to find an IPHONE for the past 3 weeks to no avail until I called the cricket store on Eggert road in North Tonawanda and spoke to Remy on the phone. Who then informed me that she had the phone I was looking for, so I came to the store and bought a new phone. Remy was so helpful not only with excellent service but also recovered all my data from my other broken phone. She is a great asset to this company and deserves to be recognized for above and beyond service also she definitely deserves a raise also”

“I purchased a Mcintosh ma 230 amplifier that was restored but the vintage audio shop. It’s absolutely stunning how good of job they did, this unit is close to 60 years old and works and looks like it’s new. The customer service was excellent and they packaged the amp with precision to make sure it arrived in perfect condition…and it did. Bottom line , great work, great customer service..”
