“The whole Speaker Shop crew is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of their AV equipment. I came in with a vague idea of the home theater setup I wanted and left with a better understanding than I ever thought possible. They saved me money by recommending what would work best for me rather than the priciest item in the store. The installation team was top notch, answered all my questions and even left my nitpicky wife in awe of their cleanliness when the job was done. Can’t say enough how good their customer service is compared to any other company I have ever dealt with.”

“So happy I bought a loupe lamp system from them at a vet conference over 15 years ago. I use it almost daily and can't imagine practice without it. They have been so helpful to keep the system working and ordering new parts when necessary. I just had a faulty wire to the lamp that was shorting out after 5 or so years(out of warranty). They sent me a replacement and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you!!”

“Been to Best Buy McKinley Mall a few times now and it’s honestly pretty decent.
Store is usually clean and easy to get around, which I appreciate. Most of the common stuff like cables, headphones, TVs, and accessories are right where you’d expect them to be, so you’re not wandering around forever. Staff can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is, but when I’ve needed help, they were chill and actually knew what they were talking about.
Order pickup has been smooth every time — in and out pretty quick. Parking’s easy since it’s at the mall, and it’s convenient to stop in while doing other errands.
Only real downside is that it can feel a little understaffed during busy hours, especially near mobile or customer service, so sometimes there’s a wait. But overall, it’s a solid spot if you need tech stuff locally and don’t feel like waiting on shipping.

“I Love Ron and the staff here. I have paid off a. 55" TV and furniture set, and received great deals on both. I plan on purchasing a washer/dryer here next. I've never had any bad experiences here honestly, And I don't get paid for reviews. Ron has always been very lenient when it came to financial hardships. He will send someone out right away if there is something wrong with a product with no questions asked. And he even gives Cheerful Birthday calls. I can not speak on anyone else's experience but if you cannot afford to buy things straight out, this is the company to go through.”
