“There are always long lines here, but that's not the fault of the post office. People need to use the services and that why we line up. I needed to renew my passport and inquired how to go about it. One of the post office workers assisted me by asking me the appropriate questions needed for my renewal, gave me the form necessary, write down the fees I need, and even gave me the envelope to send it when I'm ready to mail it. It took me awhile to take care of it, but I came back today to mail it. Vanessa assisted me today, checked that all the papers were filled correctly. Stapled what needed to be stapled and placed a paper clip where needed. I asked about the fees, and she double checked what I needed. I called her my guardian angel for the day. This is such a nice Post Office to have with caring and courteous workers.”
“Could not access hold mail on the computer. I was heading back from Fl and called the Post office and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful in handling my request. She went out of her way to help me.”
“I always find the service at this location excellent. The people working here are friendly, informative, and work quickly to keep the line moving. Even when I arrive to a long line, I never have to wait very long, and the representatives working the counter are always professional and courteous, even when very busy.”
“I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.”

“I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received today. I was trying to send a package and I was struggling with getting the package ready and trying to care for my two little ones. It was becoming impossible. Just when I was about to give up and try a different day the women who were working saw me struggling and helped me right away. There were two women who came around the counter and brought out toys for my little ones , I believe their names were Careen and Jeanette. Jeanette helped entertain my little ones while another women named Hani got my package already to ship. There are no words to describe how incredibly thankful I am for the love that was shown today. They worked together as a team to lend a helping out to me. I will forever be grateful.”

My Fiancé and I came into mail our wedding invitations which is typically a stressful and tedious task.Rose made it an exciting moment in our wedding countdown. She took a photo of us with our envelopes, helped us choose stamps that went with our envelopes and overall gave us great customer service. “I love coming here. Mike is the nicest guy working up front. Always kind and welcoming. The scale didn’t work the other day so I left my boxes there for him to scan after things got fixed and he was nice enough to send a receipt to me in the mail. Thank you Mike! I go all the way here instead of Queens, here in Queens they are rude. It’s worth the trip!”
“Super friendly staff, the place was a little busy but that's to be expected this time of year. The location itself could probably use an update, but given it's a government agency that probably won't happen for another 10 years.”
“There are 5 counter available, at the time 3 counter was open. They moved the line at a good pace. The postal office is a rectangular shape post office.There is free - 10 minutes - street parking available by the post office.”
“I don't think the problem is with the Post Office workers. I think the problem is with the customers who flock to this location overwhelming the staff. Especially those who go there for things other than mailing a package/letters or getting money orders. There are plenty of other avenues to buy stamps, get passports than waste the time of these fine people. We need this location for important tasks instead. Those who want passports can go to public libraries, other government offices as well. Do some critical thinking for once and improvise.”

“This is the 4th time that I go to this place and I always have an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly, especially Ahmani. She's very professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my passport here and she was very helpful. All the time I go here I wait for her to assist me, even if I have to wait 3 minutes for her to finish helping the other person. I know that I can count with her. She should be a manager because she does a great job like a manager.”

“Who goes to post office anymore but sometimes you have to I’ve been here to drop aparcels for Amazon and mainly we’ve been here for the kids passports. The staff here was very friendly with us when they did the passport application. pictures always take time so you have to go through the pain of taking the pictures again and again and again, but They were very patient with us. My children are blind some of them and it is hard to position them for the passport pictures but these people were very cooperative and I’m very thankful to them.”
“My package was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. I called, spoke quickly to a very nice gentleman, Anthony I believe, he looked it up, saw the problem and said he’d tell the delivery person and I’d have my package soon. “After a Christmas gift was delayed almost 2 months because of international shipping, Lucinda called me personally and then helped me forward the gift onto the recipient. She was very helpful and kind each time I spoke to her on the phone. It was especially helpful that I no longer live in NY and needed to take care of this from a few time zones away.”

“I don’t understand why some people made bad comments. I’m glad USPS is still around to compete the private companies like UPS and FedEx. Some people are stupid to even say such complaints. I use USPS service often. They are always helpful and considerate. Listen customers , sometimes you are the problem. Some people have high expectations, they want high class mail service and a happy ending too for the price of a pack of peanuts.”
