I pressed the green face on the screen at the counter but that does not do them justice. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive to this location versus my local Mott Ave post office(they are horrible). Thank you again ladies!”

“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

“Though theres usually only 1 or 2 postal window clerks ,they keep the line moving and are very friendly and helpful. There's been times there has been odd situations at the one in Woodside and I'll have to go to the Maspeth Post office and things get done and I move along.
The Woodside one is closer but I find I have better results with the Maspeth post office.”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
“I went mid-morning and found a placed park around the corner. Sometimes parking can be an issue but overall it's fine. I was in and out just to mail a letter”
“I live 1 town over but had a doctor's appointment here. I had stopped at the Valley Stream Post Office to buy stamps but the line was wrapped around the inside and when I went in the guy coming out was muttering about a half hour wait which is pretty normal there. So I went to the Elmont Post Office and was in and out in 2 minutes with 1 person infront of me when I went in and one person behind me as I left. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.”

The agents at the branch were extremely helpful and called me on multiple occasions to explain what had happened. They went out of their way to help me file a claim. Very professional!”

I’m there pretty often and everyone who works there is very nice and efficient. The lines are long on Saturdays so I try to avoid that. They’ve stepped up their team or training.”
