“Great branch and everyone that works there is extremely nice and helpful but the front door doesn’t open if you come after hours and need to use your bank card to get in. Please fix it!!! I’ve been coming on Saturdays for the last 4 months and I can’t get in to use the ATM. It sucks that now the have to dive all the way to Brooklyn or the Forest Hills branch. Please fix your door or the card reader!!!!!!!”

The branch manager, Shaniece, was exceptionally helpful and even waited nearly an hour so that my issue could be fully resolved.

“i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.”
