“This is an excellent bank. They have no fee accounts and the bank itself is very clean and well kept. The employees from the guard in the front to the people at the window and at the desks, are all super friendly and very helpful. A very nice modern bank.”

“i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.”
