“Marc and the sales manager at this Avon location were great. We purchased a 2023 grand Cherokee L limited. Marc made the process easy. I feel like with Bob Johnson (one bad experience at a different one) and probably some other large dealerships, used cars are rushed to sell before service can really go through them as they are booked up. This was my case as our just inspected $34k vehicle had bad rear brakes, poor alignment (tire wear) and some missing paint. Unlike my last experience where a dealer told me used cars aren’t “new” and they are supposed to have issues lol the same issues I’m sure they leverage on trade in because they need “repaired”. Marc took care of them and the sales manager supplied a loaner while they were fixed. They made sure I was happy with what they sold my family. Thank you!”
