“Staff is so friendly and helpful every time I come. Twice they have gone out of their way to really help me out! The first time one of the guys at the register took the time to assist me in finding the exact size of screw that I needed (up on a high shelf that I couldn’t see when I looked myself). Today the gentleman working there helped me to color-match the spray paint that I used on my shutters, so that I could buy paint for my front door. He wasn’t sure if it was going to work, but he was happy to try it to help me out. The color match was great, and it was so kind of him to take time trying something that might not have worked. Overall, excellent customer service and wonderful selection!”
“I was in the hardware section looking for a way to improvise a repair to my broken patio umbrella. Carl from Kitchens noticed my puzzled look and came over and asked if he could help. He was very patient and took plenty of time with me to gather the right bolts, nuts, flat and locking washers to make sure the solution would work.
