Our exhaust system went out on our trip, and Ken Barrett’s service department took us in 1st thing on a Monday morning and fixed our 2023 Chevy Traverse under our warranty, no problem. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Would recommend this dealers service department, they were courteous and very easy to work with!”

They handle all the insurance supplements. But the biggest surprise came when we picked the vehicle up!!!! “I went in here because a wiper blade I had bought at a different store broke in less than 2 months of use. I had planned on buying a new one. The very friendly staff here suggested we try to look up if it was under warranty. I didn't have a receipt or anything but they were able to call the store that I bought it at and I got a new wiper for free because it was still under warranty. They went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it!”
