“New store is huge and has a great layout and selection with all the new product lines, staff was super helpful in finding me the things I wanted no matter how particular I was being and made sure I was aware of all current deals.”
“At the store you can ask staff to find clothes your size. If your comfortable you can ask them for their opinion and see what they think. Their so nice and the actually care for their customers. I found that all the clothes are VERY HIGH QUALITY and pretty cheap. They have a wide variety of clothing for plus size and normal. they have shoes bags skincare and etc I Def recommend this place 10/10 I'd come again♡♡♡”

“Went to this location today for back to school sneakers. I anticipated it to be busy, and it was. There was a ton of people looking for shoes and sizes and I'm sure it was overwhelming for the staff. However, it was also really hard to get help from someone and very disorganized. No one stopped to ask if you needed help at all. You basically had to chase down an employee and ask for help or else they walked right by you even though you're clearly standing there with a shoe waiting for help. After about 15 minutes I finally got someone to help me. I asked to see a shoe in the exact size that I had in my hand from the display, so it should have been in the back to match the display shoe. The employee went into the back and came out with other people's shoes a few times and then finally approached me and said they didn't have the match to that shoe and none others in that size, but that he would take a look again to make sure. I then stood on the floor holding the shoe waiting for him for about 20 more minutes while he went in and out getting shoes for other people, without an acknowledgment to me at all. I'm pretty sure he forgot. We were about to just leave when an employee who seemed to just get there came on the floor and took charge. He immediately asked if I was being helped (he was the first person in the entire store to even ask that in the 45 minutes i had been in there now), went right to the back to see if he could find the match, came back out and said he didn't but that he'd be happy to order it for me (which no one else offered either). He helped me and had my shoes ordered in under 10 minutes, and then apologized that we wouldn't have them in time for school and that he couldn't do more to help. I'm so upset I didn't get his name (but I do have his cashier numbers on my receipt) because he really turned around an unpleasant experience.”
“Just went to this location to grab a pickup order i placed a few days ago not realizing that it was opening an hour later than I arrived. I called on the off chance someone would be there and pick up the phone. Well, a young man named Geno answered the phone and brought my pickup order to me OUTSIDE the mall because it was locked. THAT is customer service. Thanks for a great experience!”

“Sales personnel was very helpful. Clothing line is unique and very tasteful. The store was running some good deals, so spent a bit, but saved a bit too off typical retail prices for that line. So basically, the good taste makes a good gift that well certainly please women of all ages and fashions.”
