“great staff, friendly, prices are fair… been here a couple times and they took care of me .. last time i had a issue with a update for ios 18 and my screen went black, i thought it was definitely going to require a new screen but it end up being a short.. repaired it for nothing! So i left a tip.. moral of story.. they could of lied & replaced my screen and charge me a couple hundred.. thats why i always recommend this place to everyone .. hard to find honest people in the world”

“This place is great! Roberto was excellent and helped revive my phone that was essentially dead in a functional sense. He was able to resolve the issue in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to this visit, I spent hours on the phone with customer service where not able to do anything remotely helpful like Roberto was able to do. “Normally Verizon stores feels scammy to me but this place makes you feel at home. Andy is amazing and helped me with everything that I needed. Will definitely make this my go to Verizon store from now on!
