“I had an incredibly positive experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Newburgh, NY, and I'm eager to share my commendation for their outstanding service and support. Just over a year ago, while on a short road trip from NYC to Montreal with my family, we were involved in an accident on the Taconic Parkway near Poughkeepsie that rendered our car undriveable. With seven people and a significant amount of luggage, we urgently needed a rental car, preferably a large SUV or minivan, to continue our journey.Despite contacting nearly 20 Enterprise locations near Poughkeepsie, we were disheartened to find that none of them had a suitable vehicle available given that it was Veterans Day weekend. However, our fortunes changed when we reached out to Enterprise in Newburgh and connected with the manager, Devon. To our relief, Devon informed us that they had the perfect vehicle for our needs—a Ford Expedition.Upon arriving at the Newburgh location, Devon greeted us warmly and efficiently facilitated the rental process. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise, carefully explaining all the terms and coverage options associated with our rental agreement through Geico. Devon's pleasant demeanor and informative guidance alleviated our stress and uncertainties, allowing us to focus on completing our road trip without further interruption.Thanks to Devon's exceptional assistance and the availability of the Ford Expedition, we were able to swiftly resume our journey and make cherished memories with our family.”
“I highly recommend Enterprise in New Windsor on Route 32. The service I received was excellent. Shenoy Lilliard is a management trainee and she was the lovely lady that helped me with my rental car, I was in a car accident in December 2023 and Shenoy made the whole process so simple, it was a very hard time for me after being in a car accident, my nerves were shot , but Shenoy greeted me with such a caring and professional manner she just made the whole experience such a pleasure. Shenoy worked with me and went out of her way to locate a car for me that I was comfortable with, she was able to get me into a Nissan kick and made it so, ( I would be covered under my insurance ) and also Shenoy went and picked up the vehicle at another location andbrought it back to New Windsor for me, I only had to wait 30 minutes and I was on my way. If you are reading this review and need a car rental go visit Shenoy at Enterprise , you will not be disappointed, she’s the best ! Thank you Shenoy and Shawn for all your help with my rental car. “Got an upgraded car better than expected with even better gas mileage. Pickup was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Got just the right amounts of reminders and check ins during the trip. Drop off was easy, and the charges were as quoted. A overall pleasant experience during a time in need.”

“They were thoughtful enough to call ahead of time to remind me that they closed promptly at 6PM when I had a 5:30 PM reservation. Check in / Check out process is easy. There is no one in the lot that you return the cars to, so make sure to video / photo your rental car prior to dropping the keys off. Also make note of the mileage since they will ask you for that at the desk.”

“Arrived at airport with no reservation beforehand. Walked up to several other rental companies and had no vehicles at airport. Customer representative from Budget immediately offered a rental at great price and upgraded. Took only about 20 minutes total. Definitely recommend!”
