“Our car broke down on the I87 near Newburgh, NY. Once we realized that we needed to rent a car to get back home to Canada (over 300 miles away), i made numerous phone cars to rental companies in the area. None of the companies allowed me to drop off the rental at one of their locations in Montreal. We decided to rent from Avis and drop the car off in Plattsburgh.
When i came to pick the car up at Stewart intnl airport i explained the situation to ROBIN who told me she would try to help us get home with our two young children. After a few minutes ROBIN explained that she had been able to arrange for us to drop the car off at an Avis less than 3 miles from our home.
ROBIN was a saviour. She had a human approach and was helpful when we were vulnerable”
“Sean is amazing! He made sure I was happy taken care of and had me in and out. Anytime a problem arises he made sure it was taken care of asap. Highly recommend. Clean friendly and great selection plus he rents U-Hauls!!!!!”

“I never post reviews but after my experience with Zach today I felt compelled to do so! He was patient and very helpful. He did everything he could to help us fulfill our rental reservation after we had problems on our end. He stayed late and offered up tons of help and even a rubix cube to keep my son (who is 6 and has autism) occupied for the hour or so it took me to work out an issue with my bank. One of my best interactions with another random human in a long time , 10/10.”

“Came midday on a weekday during fall leaf/apple picking season, and had the best rental car experience of my life. I was driving off in the exact vehicle I had requested in less than 5 minutes.
