“I would like to express my gratitude to both Felix and Hunter for their exceptional service they provided. Despite ruining into some issues with my credit card and them being extremely busy, it turned out to be my best experience at a rental car service. They both went above and beyond to resolve my situation and get me on the road to a life changing opportunity.
Their professionalism and grace during my visit was a true example of how to demonstrate customer service. And when I say it was busy, it was crazy. Hunter and Felix stayed calm, cool, and collected while they managed everything going on and assisted me with my issue. Even when they had to completely redo my reservation, they assured me it was no problem and they'd figure it out... and they did.

“I never post reviews but after my experience with Zach today I felt compelled to do so! He was patient and very helpful. He did everything he could to help us fulfill our rental reservation after we had problems on our end. He stayed late and offered up tons of help and even a rubix cube to keep my son (who is 6 and has autism) occupied for the hour or so it took me to work out an issue with my bank. One of my best interactions with another random human in a long time , 10/10.”

You need to make it easier to find the car and not have to walk a 1 a mile to get to it.service and my vehicle.
The problem I had is Im 73 years old.I had all my luggage.I was going fir 2 weeks.
I had to drag luggage a long way!! That part of it was very cumbersome. I'm an avid hiker and an excellent shape.So if it was a lot for me, I cannot.Imagine what it would be for someone who had any health problems at all.”
