“More space and brighter, compared to their previous location which was very tight. Still a small store so can find needs but not an extensive variety. There's a rewards card which can earn you $20 discount after 100 stamps (1 stamp per $10 purchase). Tip: if you forgot your rewards card, have your receipt stamped and bring it back the next time to be added to your card. Helpful staff. Have been enjoying the riceballs from here - less than $3 each. Seaweed wrapper is separate until ready to eat. Haven't tried their other cooked food items.”

“Seems to be new people running the shop. Same great coffee and good food. Have to say that I used to hesitate going there when the older women was there...I felt unwelcomed. The man behind the counter now is quiet but cordial. Glad to have another go-to for coffee and a great bite of food. “Nice place, but waaaaaaaay over priced. $6 for carrots ? they're definitely taking advantage of the affluent neighborhood. Bought a small apple pie ($23) and it tasted good but it's like a jiffy pop popcorn, obnoxiously high crust so you can't cut a slice cleanly, definitely can NOT serve this to guests, impossible to plate (see pics) also a small 6" zucchini bread ($8.95) it was good.”

“My family has been shopping here for as long as I can remember - they're the best place to get Israeli products in NYC and, over a decade after leaving the city, I've yet to find anywhere that comes close. The products are great quality. Prices have increased, but that's true everywhere. The store is small and often crowded, so expect a little bit of chaos, but everyone has always been helpful and kind. The nuts, dried fruit, olives by weight, halva are all excellent and have been for at least the last three decades :) Go and enjoy!”

“This is a fantastic local kosher supermarket, offering all kosher products found elsewhere. The store is a pleasure to shop at, with helpful staff, clean and bright store with never having to wait long (if at all) for checkout lines. The prices are generally very reasonable and their sales are great. They also have a lot for free parking.Parking lot is now re-paved!”

“The store itself is so clean and well organized. You can pick up many imported Greek delicacies here. By the register there are hot Greek pies available, they are great with a cup of coffee. Prices are extremely high . You can't really find many Greek specialty stores, which is the reason why I think they keep the prices so high. Street meter parking .”

The atmospheric condition here is simply the best. Was my first time meeting the owner of the place, she is a very friendly person. “Every 2 weeks, sometimes 1x a week I go to my favorite place. I just love the fresh flowers and the unique new things they put out for each season. Their selection of frozen vegetables are great. Also the staff are helpful and friendly. Checkout and cashiers are always quick and pleasant. Trader Joe's must be a great place to work too!”

They turn their inventory over very frequently so everything is absolutely freshest you'll find.We have scheduled going to trader Joe's on a weekly basis just to pick up fruits, vegetables and fresh stuff.Folks are working or very friendly. You can talk to him, but don't forget they're working and they're good at what they do.We have switched our allegiance from trader Joe's on metropolitan new woodhaven boulevard to trader Joe's or just off Queens boulevard and Yellowstone boulevard. It has a great great variety. More so than the metropolitan avenue store. After all, it's a lot bigger.Very very highly recommended!”

“Great food, authentic family owned Mexican store. It’s a little piece of Mexican in Long Island where you don’t have to go all the way to queens. Always friendly and accommodating. Nothing negative to say.One thing to note is that cash is preferred, they do charge a fee for using card, but that seems to be a trend in most places nowadays. Other than that it’s great, don’t expect to find too many, if any American items at all like a previous reviewer was looking for.”
